My first time, ordered pizza from Organic pizza company in Highbury London and got confirmation email of the order at 19.20. Supposed delivery time 8pm, at 8.15 I call the pizza company and they tell me it's on its way. At 8.30 I email the FMBelly to complain the delivery is late by half an hour and they reply 10 min later saying the delivery had been turned down at the door which was clearly untrue! Unbelievable, I was going to pay cash what if I had paid by card?! Not sure what happened there, maybe the driver did not find the address or was a bit dumb in the words of the person who answered the phone at the pizza company. They offered to deliver the pizza straight away (well this was already over 1 hour and half after the order) but no discount, only a free drink that I did not want. Fill My belly called them as well but no discount!! Any other company would have offered the service for free, I can't believe it this is appalling service. Never again

We have used this company several times to order food from 3 different take-aways. We usually pay online which is quick and easy and have never had a problem with money being taken and orders cancelled and then waiting 2 weeks for a refund (which we had previously with Just-eat) Food has always been delivered correctly and mostly on time - a couple of times it was about 10 mins late, but you can't grumble at that really. I would recommend the service to anyone
