You sent me 2 wrong filters for my fridge, I paid $73.44 on 8-3-26. I mailed them back to you on 8-10-26. I have since received the right filter from you, but not my refund? I put the filter in my fridge, now it is saying replace air filter? Have no clue where that is at?

This filter doesn't even fit my refrigerator. It's the right number, but not the right filter. I've sent back five filters for the same problem and it isn't fixed yet. I'm supposed to be credited on my card for these filters, and I haven't seen the return credits yet.

It is about a half inch shorter and will not lock into position. It doesn’t work in my refrigerator.

The new brand I just received are just a little different than the original brand. They were hard to install and I was afraid they would not seal but after using some hand tools I got them seated. Next time I will ask for the exact maker by name.

Sorry guys, I have a new refrigerator ( Frigidaire) and the replacement filter that I ordered would not effectively seal. Since my unit was under warranty, I had a tech come out and check things out. No issues found with my unit and the tech recommended using an original Frigidaire filter . The new original Frigidaire filter did not leak.Problem solved. Thanks for a hassle free return policy . Steven B.
