Jason patiently answered all of my questions (& there were many throughout a month long process). Plus, I appreciated his "check-in" phone calls to give me updates as the process moved along.

Wonderful immediate contact as needed. Even from a long distance and not locally. Close guidance all the way thru the process with both Reggie and Theresa.

It's hard

It's hard , my agent Paul, passed away.
Paul was great, he kept me calm when things got hectic. He was very personable, and I was greatly sadden about his loss. He fought the battle for me. I went to settlement a few days after his loss. Mine was not a normal mortgage but Paul and his team made it work. I hope his family will be compensated for his hard work on my behalf.

This has been the worse experience…

This has been the worse experience ever. The people in the Tulsa office were absolutely rude and unhelpful to my 81 y/o mother. Particularly Lisa. Unhelpful dragging their feet. This ordeal has been two months and still not done yet. Horrible experience from Tulsa office!

Finance of America representative Saves the Day

There were many pitfalls in with the reverse mortgage procedure but the Finance of America representative, Rebekah Weiskittel was godsend. Her professionalism, expertise and patience made the whole process very palatable. If wasn't for Ms. Weiskittel, it would have been unbearable. Our family bows to Ms. Weiskittel for her help!

Jonathan Pack my loan officer who…

Jonathan Pack my loan officer who helped me with my reverse mortgage (RM) loan is an excellent employee. I almost didn't get the RM loan but because of his analytical mind he was able to analyze and found that the margin interest rate needed to adjust and that changes all the amounts overall. He has the patience to scrutinize every amount shown in the detailed documents and he is so composed while presenting the changes. He made me feel so comfortable and it helped me relax and think better. He's very thorough and explains in a very simple manner to seniors like me how the reverse mortgage works. Also, he returns calls promptly. To top it all, he's so compassionate in dealing with me. I can tell he has a very kindhearted heart and he's the kind of person who can save many souls from their financial burdens by helping them get reverse mortgage. I will surely refer people to him who will need reverse mortgage. Lila Abalos 8/16/2026 at 325pm
