I bought shoes for my wife on this site. The shoes that arrived were two sizes larger than ordered and the wrong width. Customer service responded quickly, stating that there would be no refund or exchange; to get the right size, I would have to buy another pair and simply keep the ill-fitting ones. I corresponded with the service team for a whole week. The staff replies as if a different person is answering each time. The website prominently displays promises like "100% money-back guarantee" and "if the size isn't right, we guarantee help in finding the correct size." Yet, the support staff stated that there would be neither a refund nor assistance in finding the right size.

I ordered a product with 12 features and it arrives with only 2 of the features advertised. The customer service is quick to discuss this with me, but is not willing to follow the warranty, return, refund or free return shipping advertised on the website.
