Scammers don’t use it!

The experience of using this site is pretty dire. It definitely needs some QA/dev time. Logging in is painful and almost always returns a 500 error. The lists displayed differently on mobile vs desktop. Names in the messages are garbled and messed up. There are tons of other issues that create a subpar CX.

Ever since they launched their new website it has been going only worse. I feel the old website was already user unfriendly, but the new website is not only that but also full of errors and confusions. I have been placed as "passive" multiple times, often because I did not respond to an apartment offer that I signed up for, but for whatever reason it never sends notifications to my phone or email about the offers I receive, so obviously I will miss out on them. I only get email notifications when I have been placed as "passive", this is so unfair that I have to suffer, waste time and nerves because of their unprofessional system! Another issue is that when you sign up for an apartment that estimates future rent to be for example 8000-10000 kr. per month, once it becomes available it get suddenly a rent of 16000 kr. sorry but this is literally false advertisement and very misleading, forcing people to sign up to something they already know won't be able to accept, it is especially annoying when you are allowed only to say "no" three times! If there are any estimated price changes to apartment lists, then we should be notified of this, so we have a chance to change our position before the offer arrives. Or maybe they should just remove these limitations altogether! Seriously!

Finding an apartment in Copenhagen when you are 1,000 kilometers away seems like an impossible challenge. But Alberthe from DEAS made it happen! With great patience, a lot of understanding and always with a smile, she managed to find our dream apartment for us (which we had seen on findbolig.nu). Alberthe was a true ally on our apartment hunt. We are very grateful to Alberthe and also very grateful to her collegue Annmarie who coordinated all the documentation. It was our pleasure to work with both of them and we very much look forward to moving into our new apartment very soon.

This website is hopeless. Please, don't waste your time on findbolig.nu if you want to rent an apartment in Denmark. I was looking for an apartment on this website almost two years, but never got any. When you book an apartment show - it will never be your, trust me. There is always someone before you. Moreover, they invited me to the apartment show and after 30 minutes they cancelled it (I guess I was the first who was interested in the apartment and they just didn't want it). I suspect something is rotten in that company.
