I wasn't sure what to expect from this process, but Pam made it seamless, thorough and.... fun? There is some introspection to do up front which I found fascinating, and working through four drafts with Pam was easy. The end product blew away my expectations. I feel very confident now that my resume will stand out.

Great interaction with my resume consultant (Kim S.). She listed to all my requests and was very helpful with feedback and options. Having to transition from academia with an 18 page CV, she was able to get all my pertinent information into the two-page resume format.

I'll preface this by saying I've never worked with a resume writer, so perhaps I did not provide the best direction. Overall, I'm very underwhelmed by the results. My LinkedIn profile has received fewer views, and the resume written for me hasn't garnered any interviews. While the person I worked with was pleasant, prompt, and professional, I have not gotten the results the company aims to provide to each person. I wanted my resume writer to deliver something concise, personable, and emblematic of who I am as a professional. I even created a document detailing my work history, significant accomplishments, and details about each company I have worked for to help provide context. While the resume and LinkedIn I received, and revised with my writer, seem very polished, they are too generic and do not distinguish me from other candidates. I give it 3/5 because the writer was very easy to work with, and in a way, it's helpful to have a long version of my resume, but again, I have not received the results the service promises, and I plan to rewrite my LinkedIn and use the resume I wrote for myself.
