He then phoned again with some extra information which additionally supported his answer. This made me think WOW this is well above and beyond what I expected, and also so refreshing when you come across professionals who really care about the work they do.

Very quick and professional
I had a dispute with a trades person who after being paid the money in full, refused to finish the job. We tried to take him to court but couldn't as it turned out that all the information he had given us was fake.
We hired find uk people to help and within 24 hours they had found him, and provided the information we needed to take him to court.
