BEWARE!! I was ordering a framed picture for $200. Shipping was $30. I saw that there was a 20% coupon, so I changed the order and got $40 off. Great! No, not great, the shipping went up to $50!! So then I checked and put in the order without coupon, shipping was $30. I checked it out 2 more times.m, consistently the same! When you get 20% off you get charged $20 more for shipping. I complained online, they pretended they didn’t understand and said “shipping charges can vary”. They’re liars and the site is fraudulent. Buy from Art.com!!

My order arrived quickly and the photos were precisely as they were pictured online. I love them!

Very poor customer service. I was advised shipping would take 2 -3 business days. In fact it was over two weeks before my framed print was shipped. Despite numerous emails I could not generate a response to my enquiries as to why my print was delayed. This was a birthday present for a close friend - the date was missed! Do not place an order unless you are willing to tolerate false shipping promises. Very disappointed.

This site has lovely products but poor customer service.
Don't ever try to cancel an order. Shipping fees are high; if you return an item you pay for shipping. Customer service person suggested that I destroy the item-take a picture of it and then they would do a refund. I paid to ship it back-not going to destroy a new item-what a terrible suggestion.

As an artist, please be wary of this fraudulent company. If your account generates a lot of sales, be prepared for it to be suddenly deactivated for no reason.

I had generated a ton of sales over Christmas, and then they suddenly deactivated my account without warning or notification.
I contacted them numerous times for an explanation, but received no response.

Well packaged item and quick shipping to Australia. The framing of the print is good and print quality high. Would recommend.

Good selection. But they have a pop up that says you get 20% off order for providing email and signing up. So I did. Then spent a lot of time populating a shopping cart. The discount they actually send is not 20%. It is 10%. Feels very "bait and switch". Messaged them over the weekend with no reply. Used the live chat option a bit ago and got no response or explanation. So going to one of the million other places I can buy art. Feels shady.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this website. I ordered three t-shirts and specifically chose their fastest shipping option, “Overnight,” because I was traveling in a few days. I even took the time to double-check their shipping schedule to avoid any issues. Despite all that, the order never arrived. When I contacted their support team to report the delay and ask for help, they provided absolutely no meaningful assistance. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they simply cancelled my order and refunded it — leaving me with nothing after wasting my time and trust. I have the entire email trail that shows just how unacceptable this experience was.

The cards arrived quickly. They will be used to send greetings/messages to friends. Good quality.

Fine Art America have some great items. I have ordered pictures before but now I'm ordering stickers and I am loving each and everyone.

I love this t shirt! The color is beautiful! The portrait of His Late Majesty, King George VI looks fantastic! I have ordered many a tshirt, prints and mugs from Fine Art America and will not hesitate to do so again in the future!!

The products were great and arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The main problem is there is no customer service when you have a question. I tried and there was no response to e-mails or phone calls using addresses on the website for customer service. No response, no answer, nothing, nada. It was worrisome placing and order.
