I don't remember how I came across FineArt America but I am glad I did. The website gives me access to hundreds of artists that I wouldn't have otherwise seen. The website is well organized making it easy to find the styles of art I like and discover new styles of art that I didn't know I liked and have rarely seen. The format of the art is quite varied: prints, posters, canvases, greeting cards, etc. The filters can be used to find exactly what you or explore new artists and styles (landscapes, surrealism, whimsical, etc. I ordered several items, which arrived in a timely manner. The quality of the work/products was excellent. I have subsequently returned to the website and ordered more items.

I ordered 2 birthday cards worth £8.57 and when I came to the final payment through PayPal, found there was a charge of approx. £58.00 for postage. This is completely underhand and tantamount to a scam unless you can justify such an extortionate postage charge.

Purchased an item not realizing it was AI generated. I left a review stating that Fine Art America should support real artists and prominently label AI offerings as AI. Not only did they not post my review but they locked me out of my account. Makes me wonder how many poor reviews are censored. That's a really sketchy and unethical way to run a company. Just wow.

A great company to deal with. I ordered one of their prints in a 24"x36" size in a matte finish and it came out great and looks great on my wall in the frame that I had made for it. Good communication from the company and a pleasure purchasing from them.

Fine Art America deliver exemplary service ...timely updates on shipping and and incredible quality in the product produced by their artist colony.

Art doesn’t fit on canvas. They cut off half the picture and still sent. Had to pay for shipping

We ordered a printed beach towel. The printing operation may be acceptable on paper but on a towel it is truly and completely unacceptable showing the numerous portions of the white material (on a printed black surface) along the edges and at every fold. We did respond to the company enquiry on satisfaction detailing our dissatisfaction and asking about a refund but have not heard back. The refund option is to return within 30 days but due to the very late delivery of this item we would not have it returned within the stated time.

I appreciate the quick shipment after ordering a canvas print. The options on size and sides is great. Since living in Las Vegas, NV I have now have 8 pieces from Fine Art America. I frame at Michael's because I need to see and touch what moves me...what works best in my home. On the last two purchases from Fine Art America, I used the same frame molding as in 2 earlier prints. Perfect!

Only one piece The First Thanksgiving I had to move from the dining room because too much natural light on the print washed out the colors. I don't know what the issue is, possibly the canvas? It's now in my office and - colors do not look faded in the darker room.

My first impression was great!!! I am very delighted with the quality of the shirts I ordered, HOWEVER, I did not receive my entire order which was purchased. Sadly, I am missing 4 out of 10 items, and despite multiple attempts to remedy with their customer service department, … it’s been just silence. Feeling very frustrated, to say the least. Ticket No 1338228

I was assured when I purchased that my notebook would be shipped to Portugal from within the EU in about 5 days. Instead my 14€ notebook is ends up costing me 50€ in taxes and shipping fees. And after a month I'm still waiting. I NEVER would have ordered a simple notebook from a Portuguese artist to my Portuguese home if I had known that it would be produced and shipped in the US. I love the artwork of Dora Hathazi Mendez and I hope that she finds a new producer. I will never order from Fine Art America again

The selection is tremendous; you can find something for everyone’s taste. The quality of the artwork is excellent. I received my order in a timely manner & in perfect condition. The company is a great resource for artwork.

The quality of my print was terrible. Their customer service gives you the runaround. Send us order number (fine). Send us photo of the print (fine). Send us another photo of the print, send us a photo of the packaging..
