Fine Finish Kitchens and Bedrooms Reviews 

We love our new FFF kitchen! It is a large kitchen so took a lot of planning- Rachel was patient & gave us lots of helpful advice as well as keeping us on track. Bespoke kitchens take longer & are more expensive but well worth it. Michael quietly & methodically got on with the fitting, always willing to be interrupted to give us tips & advice. Andrew was very attentive & exacting especially in regards to the worktops & when there was a problem with our extractor & making sure we were happy at the end of the work. Great work from the electricians, plasterer & plumber too.

We had our kitchen refitted earlier this year by Fine Finish Furniture.
Everyone we dealt with, either direct from Fine Finish or their contractors (for plastering, plumbing and granite supply) were professional, courteous, listened to us and were helpful with their advice.
Celine provided enormous help with the kitchen design, always patient and gave tips and advice to achieve the optimum layout and design.
Michael the kitchen fitter was excellent, ensuring our kitchen was to an extremely high standard.
We had a couple of minor hiccups which were satisfactorily dealt with by FFF, overseen by Andrew, with customer satisfaction a priority. We always felt that our satisfaction was their top priority. This was certainly not the case with our previous kitchen suppliers. We were pleased we decided to opt for an independent company, as we always knew who our contacts were and that they were committed to delivering to a high standard.
We are extremely happy with the result, and would definitely use FFF again!

Fine Finish Furniture installed a new kitchen for us two years ago and we were very pleased with the standard on their products, design and professional competence. We recently needed to call on their services again for a small adjustment to one of the plinths on our units and a water pipe leakage. Both problems were resolved within 24hours! Many thanks to Andrew and Michael for their quick action.

The full project management approach and good after sales care are the main reasons we chose Fine Finish and they haven’t disappointed us. All the staff from designing, to fitting and to addressing a few little tweaks at end have been polite and professional. We are really pleased with our new kitchen.

Fine Finish were wonderful from start to finish. Celine was extremely helpful and patient during the planning process and coordinated everything with the various contractors during our building work and the fit and kept us informed at all times. The company acted quickly to meet our request. The person carrying out the work was polite and professional and did an excellent job.

Fine Finish had installed our kitchen around 10 years ago and I enquired, if they would be happy to carry out a refurbishment of existing cabinetry. They were and the work was carried out to a very high standard by Andrew and others just a few weeks ago. My kitchen now looks as fresh, as it did when it was built. We are delighted with the result.
Andrew, Darren and Celine dealt with our requirements, swiftly and efficiently.

In 2015 and 2016 we had a kitchen and wardrobes fitted by FFF and all went reasonably well. We went back to them in 2023 for a further wardrobe but that didn't go quite so well. We had shown them what they delivered before and said we want that again but when it arrived it was unevenly painted with bare wood at the corners. In fairness it was a matt white undercoat finish but never the less I expect under coat to be applied fully and evenly. I agree with the previous reviewer that when challenged the Directors combatively blame the customer and are patronising, particularly to women. They never came to look or ask for photo's of the defects.....it was simply our fault and offered a woefully inadequate refund of 2.6%

Can’t speak highly enough of this company and all the people who work there. From Celine in the the sales room, who was always helpful and ready with advice. To the different tradesmen, all of whom worked to a very high standard. Everyone arrived on the day and time given and cleaned up after themselves, leaving everything clean and tidy. We are thrilled with the end result. The end result looked exactly how we hoped it would.

We wanted to update our fitted bedroom furniture. There was nothing wrong with the carcasses so we asked Fine Finish Furniture if it would be possible to just replace the exterior.

They could not have been more accommodating. Not only were they able to do that but they were also able to re-use the carcasses of the free-standing furniture which we had not expected.

We now have bedroom furniture that to all intents and purposes is brand new, have kept the cost down and, have recycled items that would otherwise have gone to landfill.

This is the second time we have used Fine Finish Furniture and their standards of service and quality of finish are excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Great service from start to finish. Had specific idea regarding style of cabinetry which fine finish we’re able to provide. Celine was very helpful throughout the design process and put up with our constant changes to our kitchen design.

Celine was extremely helpful as well as being knowledgeable and professional. Had it not been for the distance from our house, we would definitely have had fine finish in the running for supplying our kitchen.

From the initial conversation to the design process, through to the point of completion, Fine Finish were outstanding. Celine, Andy and Michael, to name but a few, were all brilliant; attentive, friendly and highly professional. Everyone involved with the project, particularly those involved with the rip out and re-fit were very respectful, tried to minimise the disruption as much as possible and the site was left immaculate at the end of each day. We are so delighted with the end result and love that it was done by a local company - needless to say, we would not hesitate in recommending Fine Finish.

We wanted to change some aspects of our kitchen but not replace it entirely as the units had been handmade and were still in good condition. Fine Finish were really helpful and said that they could make new units with the same design as the old ones and that would fit into the areas we wanted. They have made such a good job of the new units that you would think it had always been like it is now. The standard of workmanship is very high and the fitters were very efficient and very tidy. All those involved in the work have been great and we have no complaints.
I would like to thank Celine and all the team for all their help and for making this a stress free process. Would highly recommend them
