Had a minor difficulty with the site and accidentally ordered twice. Fineside picked up on this and cancelled one of the orders for me. Customer Service was excellent, and the shirts I ordered are great. Will definitely order from them again

Always striving for excellence
I had a hunch that Johnny Wilkinson would only put his name to something that was of the highest standards, and I was right!! This is my first Fineside purchase but will certainly not be my last. I am not normally drawn in by celebrity branding or endorsement but I was sure that Johnny Wilkinson would ensure that his brand of clothing was absolutely top quality, and it is. The look, feel and fit are perfect. One very happy and to be loyal customer.

Poor Customer Service, Delivery and Communication
Payment taken for goods and first class recorded delivery, however goods not received a week later. Tried to contact company using the telephone number provided on the order confirmation slip and the number was not recognised. I have bought from the company before and the products are quality but they are let down by poor logistics and communication.

Sorry to hear of your experience.
On the 26th of July we closed for a 2 week period for various reasons. We stated this on our website homepage. The notice stated that we would be able to take orders but unfortunately not be able to ship them out until the 8th of August (today).
You made your order during this period, hence the delay in receiving your item.
We emailed you this morning to update you and also to say that your order will be sent out today.
