Order shoes online and didn’t receive…

Order shoes online and didn’t receive them on the date it gave and the tracking isn’t accurate it went from April 7 estimated delivery date and that they where in my city to April 7 comes along and now they’re in another state. Went backwards then gave an update saying April 10 and now saying it’s on its way. Will never order from here again

Feels like a scam the way they does business

Ordered sneaker for my wife’s birthday gift over a weak ago and the sneakers hasn’t even shipped yet.. I emailed them after and still nothing.. no update are nothing I basically feel robbed are scammed I’ve never had to experience anything like this purchases shoes online.. I use to purchase from finish line years ago without any issues but after doing further research I’ve learned that the company was sold to some people in the uk under the name JD Sports Fashion by still operates behind the Finishline name and brand which now makes sense why they have a terrible review rating.. I’ll never purchase from this company again!! They should even be in business

This was the first time I ordered from…

This was the first time I ordered from this online store and one of the shoes was clearly returned since it had messed up laces and no paper insert. The other was new and had a paper insert and nice tied laces. Very strange. As for the shoe itself, fit is tight, and it was very difficult for me to even get the shoe on my foot. For what I paid for these shoes, I would expect new shoes, not a pair with one that was previously returned. I wish I had looked at these reviews before I bought. First time customer--and Last time customer.

Think twice before ordering from Finish Line

I am so disappointed in Finish Line. I ordered shoes on 2/12 and I still have not received the shoes. I have contacted CS several times and each time I am told a different lie about my order. I called to cancel the order today because the Rep again, told me a different lie and I was told it would take 7-14 days to cancel. Still could not tell me an update on my order, other than "still processing". This is insane and I cannot believe that I am receiving such horrible customer care. I told the Rep today that I would be giving a bad review on google and her response was, "that is fine with us".. Paula - order 60019880311

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER ACCOMODATIONS

They have the worse return policy and very few options. I don't recommend buying anything from them. Spent $100 on a pair of shoes for my daughter for christmas and they were too BIG. We went to Finish Line inside of Macy's and they denied us an exchange. Then drove all the way to JD Sports just to find out they are no longer in business. Went on-line to process and exchange and was denied die to 45 DAYS POLICT. That is ridiculous especially for HOLIDAY RETURNS!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS. I AM STUCK WITH SHOES THAT DONT FIT AND $100 DOLLAR DOWN THE DRAIN.

One pair of shoes. Three orders. No resolution.

This entire situation stems from trying to purchase ONE pair of shoes, which somehow turned into three separate orders with no resolution.
Order #1:
The first shipment arrived with mismatched shoe sizes. I returned them, but I am still waiting for my refund.
Order #2:
I reordered the same shoes, hoping they'd ship the correct sizes this time. The order was marked as shipped, but USPS confirmed the package was never received by the carrier. Tracking stayed in pre-shipment status and was later removed entirely.
Order #3 (Replacement):
Finish Line created a replacement order and promised FedEx Rush shipping, but the order is still stuck in “Allocated” status with no tracking and no shipment.
All of this is for one pair of shoes.
As of now, Finish Line has my money for two orders, with no shoes and no refunds.
Customer service responses have been inconsistent and vague (“shipped,” “lost,” “processing,” “anytime soon”), with no real resolution. This is not a one-off mistake, it’s a pattern of poor fulfillment, poor communication, and delayed refunds. I would strongly caution anyone ordering online from Finish Line.

MyTerrible Delivery Experience & Zero Customer Support package was guaranteed to arrive no…


My package was guaranteed to arrive no later than December 30. On December 31, I received a text from Finish Line stating my delivery was suddenly delayed until January 5 — after the promised window had already passed.
I immediately contacted customer service and explained that I was staying at an Airbnb for the holidays and would be leaving that address on January 4. I clearly expressed that delivery after that date would result in the package being left unattended.
Instead of offering any real solution, I was repeatedly told to “try to cancel through the post office,” which I was unable to do. Finish Line did not assist with rerouting, holding, intercepting, or providing any alternative options.
As expected, the package was delivered on January 5, when I was no longer there. No one was available to receive it, and now I am without my order.
To make matters worse, Finish Line is refusing to issue a refund, despite the delivery delay being entirely outside the original promised timeframe and despite being notified in advance of the issue.
This experience shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care. Delayed delivery, no proactive support, and no refund — extremely disappointing and frustrating. I will not be ordering from Finish Line again.

Finish Line is not a reliable business

Finish Line is not a reliable business. I placed an order for my son’s birthday, and instead of notifying me that they could not fulfill the order so I could purchase elsewhere, they simply canceled it without any notice.

I received an email stating they had not forgotten about my order, but I was never informed that it had been canceled. This lack of communication is extremely unprofessional.

I have requested a full refund but have been unable to reach a real person for assistance. This entire experience reflects poor business etiquette and disregard for customers.

I would give zero stars if possible.

Paid for Fast Shipping, Received Wrong Shoe, Kids Had Nothing for Christmas

I ordered two pairs of shoes for my sons and paid extra for expedited shipping. Instead, I received one incorrect shoe in the wrong style and size, and I’m still missing two shoes from my order. The company was closed until after Christmas, so my kids had nothing to open.
Customer service promised supervisor call-backs that never happened, and I was then asked to drive to a mall and pay to print a return label for their mistake. Very disappointing experience and poor accountability.

Absolute trash company

Absolute trash company. Ordered for Christmas with guaranteed delivery, called several times to check on the order and was on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes each time and each time assured it would be on time. Shocker, it wasn’t. The day AFTER Christmas the order was cancelled.

Dont support this company

Paid 50 percent of the items cost for guaranteed shipping by a certain date. 6 days after that date it hasn't even been processed. Currently on hold for 45 minutes... their website chat is a joke.

Worst customer service EVER

Why does it make me give 1 star? I should be able to give 0, or less!
Ordered nike sweatsuit online 11/28/25. 11/29 I get the shipped notification. Week or so later I get the hoodie and shoes. No pants. Day after day no update. I send email 12/10. Nothing. 12/17 I try again. This time it gives me the option to upgrade the shipping for 10 bucks. I do it. 12/21 still nothing. We call them. They are little to no help. They agree to rush shipping since it is a Christmas gift. 12/24, item has not even been shipped yet. I will NEVER order from them again.

Ordered shoes and waited two weeks and…

Ordered shoes and waited two weeks and kept getting there emails about the order is still being processed. Called and was told the same thing and then two days later I get an email that my order was canceled with no explanation. Waited 9 business days for my refund and it still wasn’t issued. Called and was getting the runaround and then basically was told to dispute the charge with my bank. Company is a shit company and I will stick to footlocker from henceforth!

I would give 0 stars but I ordered a hoodie for a family member and I looked 2 days ago and it was saying it was on back order but it wasn’t when I ordered it. After a long wait on hold I was told it was just waiting to ship. Yesterday I looked and order was cancelled. I demand a refund. I will never ever use them again

Well all I can say is that I ordered a certain pair of sneakers for my great-grandson and I got exactly what I ordered and I looked at them and they're fine they weren't worn they're completely brand new and I've been reading bad reviews but it just so happens I guess I was lucky cuz my experience turned out great.
