Fantastic service throughout. Instore help and knowledge was great with helping chose which fire and the best beam to go with, we booked our dates in. The guys did a fantastic job with our installation, I chose to have brick slips so they gave me a few days to get this done then came out at a later date to install the wood burner . He was really helpful explaining how to use and maintain the wood burner.
I highly recommend, thanks to all who were involved.

We rang up and had someone come out to examine our fireplace. We had a quick response with the quote soon after. Date was then booked for installation of log fire. Installation went very smoothly. The fitters were brilliant and we were kept informed throughout the procedure, over the two days. They cleaned up and were very thorough. They were extremely helpful, and once the log fire was installed, letting us know how to use the fire. We would highly recommend Corby Fire Designs.

All round great service from initial enquiry at the showroom where we were provided with lots of information relating to all the products and absolutely no pressure to buy, to the survey and installation.
Installation team were tidy, helpful and knowledgeable providing us with tips on use and maintenance.

We bought our log burner from Fire Designs back in 2022 and received excellent service. Earlier this year I received an email saying that they were offering a chimney sweep service. I booked to have this done and again was delighted with the service I received. Both of the workmen were polite. Used dust sheets and left no mess. I will be using the company again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Been at my house for two days fitting a new wood burning stove. Two great lads, did a 5* job, cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't ask for more.

We had a fantastic experience using Fire Designs Wellingborough. Right through from the initial enquiry at the showroom, to installation, we have been treated like valued customers. All members of staff have been knowledgeable about their products, answering our questions and providing us with helpful information. Installation was over two days. All furniture, carpet and walkways have been safely dust-sheeted and treated with respect. The burner installation was professionally done with minimal fuss and disturbance. The room was cleaned and everywhere vacuumed, before a demonstration and instruction on how to use the wood burner. Would definitely recommend Fire Designs. 5*service.

Absolutely fantastic company and superb experience!! We had our chosen extra wide Woodtec stove installed with hearth and ceramic beam (TV being installed above later) and a chimney breast built. Everyone from James and Louise in the showroom to the installers were extremely polite, professional and efficient and helpful throughout. Also, this is a company which is not just about sales but ensuring their customers have a positive experience with the stove afterwards in terms of providing advice. We cannot fault this company. We were let down by another company based just outside MK which did not send us a quote for 6 months and wished we had gone with Fire Designs from the start. Love the work that has been completed and the stove. I would strongly advise you check this company out first if you are thinking of having similar work done. I am a genuine customer and not linked to this company in any way apart from being a very contented customer.

We recently had a Bassington compact installed by Fire Designs Wellingborough. The team in store gave excellent feedback on the type of fire (we chose MF). Initially our fireplace was not large enough so James helped with the measurements and even spoke with our builder (the MF burner was part of a large project) to ensure that the aperture was the correct size as was the granite hearth.
From confirming the order fitting was was booked within 2 weeks and on the day all went well.
The fitters were excellent and completed the job with no mess at all and gave good advice on using the fire.
After 2 weeks use the fire is performing perfectly giving out good heat with no issues
We are very happy with the service we received from Fire Designs and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

This was our second stove to be fitted by Corby Fire Design in the last three months. Both stoves are working brilliantly as you would expect but what impressed me most was the installation service and the advice provided instore. We shopped around as we knew we needed two installations and CFD offered the best value by far supported by the best service.

Just had a lovely Burley wood burning stove fitted by Corby Fire Designs. After visiting the showroom we arranged for a survey and estimate. The chap who visited was very knowledgeable, no hard sell, just useful and relevant advice. Needless to say we went ahead and couldn't be more pleased with the installation, which involved replacing our old gas fire, flue. brick fire surround and hearth. The team were polite and friendly. I would highly recommend them, very professional.

Second stove fitted by fire designs Ltd as we have just moved, outstanding service from start to finish even with pushing back installing date. The whole experience is great and the lads that did the installation are great and also very tidy.
