I'm sorry you're unhappy with the service you have received on this occasion. Having looked into this issue, I can see you placed the order shortly before the Easter Weekend, and our staff and engineers were enjoying a well-deserved few days off.
Unfortunately, extinguisher services are not next day due to the logistical challenge, and as such, the local engineer usually calls you to arrange a mutually agreed date and time.

Slow to arrange on site checks
Delivery of the goods was quick, but the follow up to arrange on site commissioning has been slow, I called customer services who rang back promptly as promised but told me the engineer manages his own diary and would be in touch, am still waiting. So I have my extinguishers but do not know if they are serviceable etc, potentially leaving me and my staff at risk.

I'm sorry the engineer in your area has been slower than expected to get a date booked in with you - this isn't the experience our customers would normally expect from us when purchasing extinguisher services.
A date has now been arranged with you and I'm sure everything will go smoothly from now on. In the meantime, so long as your new extinguisher is in pressure (with the needle of your pressure gauge sitting in the green area), it will be safe to use in the event of a fire to protect you and your employees.
