Awful company - do not trust

Awful company. Do not trust. Order was supposed to be within 3 weeks. No contact from company. After 3 weeks was told they were busy and would send out tracking the following week. No tracking sent. Item arrived broken and left in the front garden in the rain. Company then refused to give a refund. Accused customer of causing the damage. Proof that product was damaged on arrival was provided. Still no refund. After a week of exchanging emails company finally agreed to refund (legally they had to anyway). Following the 15 day refund period, refund still not given. Owner dealing with the issue themselves was thoroughly rude and unhelpful throughout. Now looking for bank to take over the recovery of the refund. Avoid at all costs.
