I had a great experience with choosing Firmoo, The delivery was fast and smooth, and the item quality was very good—exactly as described. Communication was clear and helpful throughout the process. Even after delivery, their customer service was supportive and responsive, which I really appreciate. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to others.

They faked legislation to not provide a refund.

I ordered two pairs of glasses which had attachment sunglasses however when they come they was not magnetic. They was clip on and looked terrible so I contacted them and they said no problem. They’ll issue a refund. No refund had been issued.
They gave me an A R.N. number I contacted the bank they haven’t done it. It’s a shame as I’ve bought glasses off of them before but I wouldn’t buy them again. They’re okay taking your money with orders but if there’s any issues and you need a refund they take forever I still at present have not received a refund for them. I’ve had to contact my bank to now do the work for me.

I have an issue with my glasses (#26033101102056
), sent a mail on 09/04 and a reminder on 13/04, so far no reaction at all. Seems only focussed on selling and not on service.
update 29/04. in all fairness they did reply to my mail on 09/04 en again om 13/04 but these replies ended up in my spam box, so i did not see them.
therefor I adjusted my review to 4 stars, awaiting a permanent solution to my issue.
20-05 received new glasses, these are exactly what wanted. Firmoo resolved the issue perfectly

I have been purchasing all of my eyeglasses from Firmoo for years and years. It would be embarrassing to tell you how many pair I have!
Every thing about doing business with Firmoo is fantastic to the nth degree. The glasses frames and the lens quality and the prescription accuracy are superb! The quality for the price is without match anywhere!
I find their website is super customer friendly and easy to maneuver. Ordering is a breeze. Delivery is very quick considering the glasses are shipped to USA from China. I have never waited more than 10 days from moment of ordering.
Customer service, both on the website or through email is equal to the quality of the most excellent customer service you could find in the States.
Kudos to all of you at Firmoo!! I hope you stay around forever!!

I love Firmoo! I’ve been buying glasses from them for over 9 years now ever since High School. Their glasses are reasonably priced, they’re always having deals, and they’re great quality! Their customer service team is very helpful as well!

They cancelled my glasses because of bvd being on the prescription. Meaning base vertex distance not Binocular Vision Dysfunction. Kinda weird They can't see its base vertex distance. Have now ordered from another vendor I've used before.

I really like the glass, good fit.Also, good service. I ordered the wrong prescription. And they gave me a voucher for the new glasses. Really appreciate it!

I highly recommend this company! Their specs are exceptional. My first pair that I bought from them lasted 4 years. Its SUPER affordable with what they offer. Ordered my second pair and they have definitely upted their game since 4 years ago, the quality of the frame is exceptional, it feels like you not even wearing specs, its really comfortable fit and this time my spec box came with little tools(NO extra charge even). I added anti glaring and blue light blocking, its like my eyes gpt so used to it that I cant without it, it made such a difference with providing that relief.

If you are doubting, just do it, you wont regret it! They are absolutely amazing even with customer service. Their customer service is just as amazing as their products.

Very happy with my experiences with Firmoo. My first pair of glasses worked out so well I decided to purchase some more with tinted lenses. Unfortunately the frames I chose did not suit and were too large for my face when they arrived. After contacting CS a helpful agent offered me an exchange credit and went through steps and tips on how best to pick and measure frames to avoid disappointment in my replacement pair.

From choosing to delivery I was so excited. It honestly took me like 2 weeks to CHOOSE a frame as there is soooooo much lovely frames to choose from. Honestly I’m addicted and as soon as I can, I will making another selection pretty soon🩷🩷💜💜

Very easy to purchase new pair of glasses and costumer service is very helpful with my concern and quick response. Delivery is fast too.
