Great until your product gets delayed for years or you receive a defective product
Purchased Products:

1) Artorias SD
-> Bought at Gamescom
-> LED Lights dying out 2 days later
-> Back and forth with CS for weeks, even after providing a video they were telling me this was the normal LED light effect...
-> Replacement promised to be shipped from EU warehouse, waited for months for a shipping notice
-> Item was then just shipped from their China warehouse without any prior info
-> Had to pay VAT again + customs fees out of my own pocket
2) Bowser EX -
-> Waited for 2 years
-> Wrong paint job for arm bracelets (one was light silver and one was black)
-> Weeks of back and forth
-> Was requested to destroy statue for a replacement -> Warehouse sent replacement with non matching base number, so the statue peg didn't fit into the base
-> Wrong base supposedly scheduled to be picked up from my home to be sent back for exchange for correct base. Delivering the correct base while picking the other one up at the same time is impossible (why?)
-> Even 2 years later I never heard anything back after contacting their shipping supplier multiple times. Simply gave up eventually.
3) Yoshi Regular (ordered from a local store)
-> Decided to give F4F another chance and was excited to display this next to my Bowser
-> waited for 2 years again
-> cancelled because of the bad paint job and sloppy overspray that is suddenly even praised as a feature after release
-> multiple seasoned statue collectors on youtube confirm these sentiments.
You can find one of those reviews on 'The Xtreme Channel' on youtube. He owns hundreds of statues and does statue reviews regularly.
Other Issues:
-------------
1) New shipping cost model to maximize profit
-> shipping cost of $45+ from local EU warehouse for a PVC! My packages from Japan (!) are cheaper than that.
2) Can't use Reward Points on Non-Refundable Deposit anymore
-> This + shipping cost makes it cheaper to just buy locally without any points or coupons!
3) Newly introduced import tax for EU customers
-> Local warehouses to not be hit with VAT are a farce now as you will get charged with VAT anyway
4) As a business in Europe it's usually possible to receive VAT-free invoices through Reverse-Charge
-> Not with F4F, they charge you VAT anyway. You can't claim it back in your VAT returns either.
5) Customer Service is difficult to get ahold of and oftentimes doesn't understand the issue. You'll get a standard response and have to message back and forth for weeks to resolve an issue, if at all.
6) Reviews and negative comments are not allowed and get flagged or deleted. People offering crique or suggestions in the Official Collector's Club on Facebook get banned. This is absolutely unacceptable for any company. Instead you should work on actually improving these glaring issues.
Improvement suggestions:
------------------------
1) Invest more money into a factory that can properly paint your statues. Do stricter QC and have the factory redo sloppy paint-jobs. Straight-out reject sloppy oversprays and request clean lines (Yoshi's head, Bowser's mouth). After waiting for years for a favorite statue it's a huge letdown to have these issues.
2) Take engineering into consideration when designing the statues. Leaning shouldn't be an issue nowadays. As well as severe paint rubs when removing parts (Bowser's teeth paint rubbing off when removing the flame and I'm still afraid to put the flame in if it hangs over the shelf as I'm afraid it will eventually fall out due to the weight...)
3) Find a way to improve communication with your warehouses. If the box label says "Boxes MUST HAVE the same number" for a statue that comes in multipel boxes and the warehouse just sends boxes with different numbers, something is seriously wrong!
4) Find a way to lower shipping cost for PVC figures to a reasonable amount. $45 is ridiculous. You can ship them for $15 to $20 with a volume discount for FedEx, UPS or any other shipping service.
5) Find a way to offer Reverse-Charge to business customers if they provide their European VAT ID so businesses can also buy from your website effectively.
For now I'll be leaving a 1 star review. If these issues are addressed in the future I might give F4F another chance. But 3 products I ordered had servere problems and I'm not comfortable with ordering anything else with all these issues. With these ever-increasing prices there are better companies out there who actually value their customers.
You have amazing licenses and your sculpts with Nintendo's revisions are very promising. Please consider USING this wasted potential! I'm sure people would be willing to pay a bit more as well to receive a proper final product.

EDIT (18/05/2022): a lot happened after my update last week and we were able to sort things out with the CS manager who even phoned me. The item has now been dispatched and I have a tracking number, I feel much better about it and I am very much looking forward to receive my Okami statue. Massive thanks to the people who helped me sort this out. It took nearly 7 months for it to finally ship and a lot of emails, but it got sorted out so I'm now giving 3 stars instead of 1 and I will leave this review as it is now.
Pre-order experiences in the past were positive, hopefully my pre-order of Celestial Howl will be too. This review is, again, only for my Karmic Transformer 8 order, past pre-orders were 5 stars :)

I'm the same Anon. from the review of 17th February 2022.
This review concerns only my order regarding the PVC Amaterasu Karmic Transformer 8 and nothing else. All other products were great experiences on my part, the two pre orders I had in the past with them went smoothly without problem and the PVC Shiranui preorder seems to be going well so far too). Sadly not this one, this is becoming a hellish experience and way more stressful than it should ever have been for a simple order of an item said to be In Stock.
I'd like to point out the the Customer Service (CS) persons I spoke to are also very polite and seem friendly so this is nothing against them.
That being said I honestly feel I'm being ripped off and screwed over and receiving lies after lies after lies after lies regarding my item.
I ordered it in October 2021 and was told it would ship within 3 months. Three boats in that time went to the UK without it (one of them had my PVC Oki which was perfect by the way). Later I was told it couldn't ship before due to a lack of boat going to the UK but it will ship soon, Q1 2022. More boats could be seen on their calendar in the mean time. Later still I was told delays were due the Chinese New Year as people were on annual leave (fair enough). Yet in the mean time I could see friends in the UK receiving many other items ordered loooong after me. Other people online received their Karmic Transformer 8 within 2 months of ordering it.
6 months later here I am still sitting here with nothing!!
Monday last week I was told it was in the UK warehouse since December but a problem in the system didn't link my order to my address. It's possible, I felt relieved. Final payment was taken then and the item would be sent to my address asap. Happy days, I'm finally going to receive my Okami figure very soon!
Or not.
Nearly two weeks later... still no tracking number. So I contacted CS again only to be told it was another mistake, it was never ever in the UK in the first place and still is in China and therefore won't be in the UK before mid-May!
Let's be honest, I don't believe it will ship at all anymore... I won't believe it until I see it with a real proper container tracking number and then the UK tracking number.
I was also offered a $20 coupon which is appreciated but will likely be useless as I don't intend to ever order from F4F's website again.
I will keep my pre-order for PVC Shiranui and the waitlist for a mini Cristal Dragon since the non refundable deposits are already paid for but that's it. I won't chance it again like that.
Right now I just feel robbed and lied to since day one. Awful experience for a simple item said to be In Stock.
Full money was taken by the way, I'll have to make sure they don't charge me twice if it ships for real (for people who don't know it, F4F usually takes the full payment only when the item is ready to ship within the next week or so).
Again, great products and friendly CS but an awful experience here. Stay clear from ordering items in stock, stick to pre-orders (I had not problem with those so far).
(I will update the rating of this review after I've received - or not received - my item in May and if it's - hopefully - in good condition).

5 figures and counting from them. Only ever had a problem with my very first Okami figure with the reflector not having enough support to hold the weight, bad design. From then on everything has been top notch!

I bought mimic 3 years ago, first of all it got delayed about 9 times by F4F and unfortunately got delayed badly when they were trying to ship it which ain't F4F fault I understand that part.
I finally received it yesterday and while I admit the figure looks amazing visually and has no esthetical defects. The legs did NOT fit in the base at all. There was at least 0.5 inch between the foot and the base. The pegs were awfully sharp which prevented insertion, I had to chamfer the tips and sand them with multiple grits sandpapers, I also used a hair dryer on the figure to remove any possible warping due to temperature being too cold. Still didn't get it to fit....the only thing that helped is when I sanded the holes and the the pegs once more. While the figure now fits on the base, the amount of pressure needed to put in or remove from the base could easily end up in the figure breaking in the future.
I have decided to give a 3 star review because I finally got it to fit but I am very unpleased with the fact that I literally spent 1h35 to assemble the damn thing because of this issue. I paid 1000$ cad for something I have to tweak myself for it to fit.... Anybody without knowledge or skills whatsoever would've had to destroy their figure and receive a replacement. I am now officially at 5 problematic resins on 6 from this company.
Also, the top head portion of mimic can also stay stuck and be very hard to remove. It actually happened to me while taking it apart. The magnetised hinge parts did not fit that well also, I had to bend one slightly for it to fit.
Anyhow, even thought I am satisfied with the visual look of the figure 1h35 minutes after modifying the pegs and all, one cannot deny that the flaws I had with this figure are not acceptable.

I've been watching First4Figures for a while now, and finally decided to order my first statue through them; the Meta-Ridley Exclusive edition. There was a long wait between initially placing the order and when the statue arrived, but it was absolutely worth it! First4Figures were open and communicative throughout the development and shipping process. I had opted for monthly payments, and while sometimes I wasn't sure if I had remaining payments or if any payments weren't processed properly, the support team at First4Figures were eager to ease my mind and answer any questions I had.
The quality of the statue is phenomenal! It arrived in perfect condition, with not a scratch or chip on it! Packaging was clearly conducted with the utmost care, with everything padded appropriately with soft material, and all pieces carefully packaged to ensure I recieved the statue in perfect condition.
