They will rip you off, as they DO charge for calls
Don’t phone these people as they will rip you off. Although their website claims that calls to them are free, they charged me £13.47 for a call recently.
I spoke to my provider, who confirmed that I had been charged £1.02 by them for the call and that their records show First4Magnets had charged £13.47

Hi Eileen, we are sorry for the unexpected charge however the funds actually go directly to your provider as they run your phone contract/service, not Magnet Expert.
As a supplier, we value our customers, and whilst we can't warrant refunding for something that we did not charge for, we would be more than willing as a one-off goodwill gesture, to offer you the £14.00 as credit for your first purchase, as I believe you have not ordered with us before.

These magnets are top notch!!!
These magnets are not for the faint hearted, one literally flew out my hand to reach the other and smashed!!! They are very strong and they have been doing an amazing job for what I used them for! I will be buying another set of 10 again! AMAZING!!!
Also prior to my purchase I called and had a good convo with one of the workers and he knew his stuff, he advised me on the right ones to get, and he was right more than enough for the job!
