Still melting
Update: 09/27/2023 STILL NO AC SINCE MAY 2023. No update or response from claim manager or corporate regarding the matter. First American claim rep Tanile Lange also has not responded to the contracted company sams air about the matter. Corporate says “if you miss our call we won’t call back” but fails to call at all. I will continue to contact FAHW and keep a paper trail of the service or complete lack there of.
Update: 09/01/2023 Still no AC. FAH has now relinquished the responsibility to find the correct coil onto the repair company.
Update: is this site for a standard reply with notes from account that we’ve already seen.? Lol wow. Again, 8/17/23 no air but we did get a new bunch of jibberish from FAHW. Thanks 😊
No AC for 3 months now. The claim manager that is assigned to this case has not returned one phone call after several messages were left on her line directly. We’re required to pay for modifications ($2000) due to the company ordering equipment that is “like” the current unit that we have and not the same exact. They ordered the WRONG part for the modification in May. Upon them returning said part, it took over 2 weeks to locate the part in the warehouse BEFORE ordering a replacement. First week of August, the replacement was ordered. First American sent the part 4 hours away and requested that the repair company “go pick it up.” They cannot accommodate that request as (wth?) the original, incorrect part was sent directly to the company previously. So now here we are 8/10/23 with another canceled part and waiting on a replacement to be ordered. Tanille Lang, the claim manager currently assigned, is dodging calls and nobody knows how long the process will be. Up to 100 degrees upstairs in the Valley with no AC, a 2 month old and a 7 year old in the home. Hopefully waiting for corporate to respond with some type of resolution as I have reached out to them as well. Bad business FAHW, very bad business
