Booked mascots for a 1st bday oarty…

Booked mascots for a 1st bday oarty through this company for 5pm today paid £20 deposit and total £190 for an hour! called them up bang on time to double check arrival time even after re confirming booking in the morning and Nicky stated unsure where mascots are @ 1711! considering party had already started then called back to state they have a puncture and would be around 25 mins lated! Clearly made excuses even after i told them i have the venue booked on a time limit ! Last minute cancellation very rude and unprofessional staff caused me a lot of last minute hassle! No other entertainment was booked for party had to go on without entertainment! Then was asked them to pay deposit back as it was there fault she said will do later still not received and avoiding text messages! DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU WANT LAST MIN DISAPPOINTMENTS! Put a downer on the whole party! Still chasing up deposit! So disappointing!

Hi miz, it’s David from 1st choice bouncy castle hire first I would like to apologise for what happened and I can understand your frustration.

I would just like to advise you that 1st choice bouncy castle hire don’t offer mascot as a service, however we do advertise for a mascot company same way we do for a face painter but they are run and owned by totally different people.

We don’t make any profit from these services and have 0 involvement with anything to do with the booking or running process of the business, we simple put them on our website to help our bouncy castle hire customers find other services more easily.

So you negative review is wasted on here as we don’t do mascots, the company we advertise for is called mad house mascots and that’s we’re I would be leaving this review as it’s there company and Nikki is the owner.

If you would like to discuss this further please send me a private email and I would be more then happy to call you.

Once again I’m sorry this happened but this has nothing to do with 1st choice bouncy castle hire.
