Best to avoid!!

Best avoid! We thought it was about £1000 and they wanted to start immediately. By the time they gave us the paperwork, it was £1,850! Job was to replace couple of broken ridge tiles, small gutter fix, clean gutters & moss off roof, spray some fungicide and they agreed to fit insulation in the corner of the roof. 2 days max job.

At the end of the job, they couldn't do the insulation of the loft as they couldn't fit through a small gap. James claimed he only said "he'll try and do it, but it was not part of the price". He insisted on full payment of the £1,850.00.

I asked for how much he paid for materials (couple bits of gutter, 2 ridge tiles, bit of cement and 2 plastic end caps) but he claims he 'can't remember'.
