I placed an order on 27th September, and today is 14 th October, but I still haven’t received the product. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when shopping for kids' essentials. No proper updates, and the customer service is not helpful. Very disappointed with FirstCry’s service this time.

FirstCry Delivery Nightmare – Paid but Not Received
I ordered Cetaphil Baby Wash and Shampoo from FirstCry on 12th October and paid online, but I still haven’t received it. Shockingly, the order status shows “Delivered”, updated yesterday at 10:15 PM, even though I was at home playing with my kid at that time and no one came to deliver.
Trying to get help has been extremely frustrating. FirstCry’s support only connects you to an AI bot — no human responds, and I haven’t received any email updates regarding my order.
FirstCry is usually reliable, but this experience shows that delivery issues and lack of real customer support can happen. I hope sharing this helps others stay cautious and pushes FirstCry to improve support for paid orders.

Wrong quantity & Inefficient Customer Care
Request all concerned not to buy any product online.
I requested for only one product, but they sent 4 products charged for the same. Without checking the detail, I paid the wrong amount. After complaining about the same, there is no revert from customer care. The product Baby brush & Comb combo is also non- refundable. They lost a very good customer.

It's not FIRSTCRY, should be ALWAYSCRY for customers who purchase from them. I had no issues initially with great products & discounts. Lately, they started cancelling all my orders stating that their SYSTEM concluded that I was buying for commercial purposes. I was just buying for me & my relative. We both are collectors. Inspite of being a paid member, they cancelled all my orders today & some of yesterday. Their stock seems suspect. Absolutely no transperancy, no customer care & no number to contact. Really frustrating !!

Please esh app se kabhi bhi kuch mat lena . 9 sep 2025 ko maine 2 kids wear order kiye the 13 ko deliver 1 suit hua but app per dono suit deliver show ho rha tha. Maine query raise ki but koi response nhi aya and khud se hi kuch dino mein app per query resolved and close dikhne laga.

Returned correct products, yet FirstCry falsely marked them as “wrong item returned” and deducted the amount. Worst part—they didn’t even send the products back. No proper support or explanation. Feels like a scam where they keep both your money and the item. Extremely disappointed. Be careful when ordering or returning anything. Their return policy lacks transparency and fairness. I’ve lost trust in the platform. I see many people facing issues with delivery and returns. I will be filing a consumer case to bring the company to their senses.

I purchased tricycle
I purchased tricycle. Delivered the defective product. I asked for the replacement, they just send a technician for the checkup and today is the 8th day still no replacement or update is given. Very very poor service. When you call them their useless AI reply you like a man without brain. Only 1 time their executive talk on call and cut the call with misbehaving. Now when again I ask for replacement they say the time period is over. Never never trust this company. I made a mistake you please save your self from it.
No one is responsible for the defective product I received. I waste my money. A big NO to products from this company.

Absolutely pathetic experience with Firstcry. The delivery was a complete disaster—late, careless, and not even close to what was promised. On top of that, the so-called "customer service" is a joke: unresponsive, unhelpful, and downright rude themselves. It feels like these people don’t care at all about their customers once they’ve taken the money.
