Awful product and the aftercare is even worse.

I Bought Borg & Beck BBD7009S and BBD7007S brake discs for my BMW 430d M Sport. Not only did the bells on them rust immediately, but despite being professionally installed, they warped in under 1,000 miles of normal driving (confirmed with runout testing).

When I reached out for warranty support, there is no real interest in resolving the issue. Borg & Beck / First Line are more focused on avoiding responsibility and making you jump through hoops than supporting a customer with a clearly defective product.

Really disappointed, not just in the rubbish product quality, but in the way the company handled it. I won’t be buying from Borg & Beck again, and I’d advise others to think twice if you expect any after-sales support.
