I attended for a Mental Health Taster: - this was very basic. It discussed mental health and mental ill health interchangeably. Although data was included, it was not referenced.
The presenter just read from rather low quality slides.
The sort of information included in this particular course should already be in public sector inductions; any NHS employee could be trained to carry out a similar session competently.
The session was also used repeatedly used as a sales pitch for further courses which they're keen to sell.

The Emergency First Aid was professionally delivered but in a relaxed and informal manor.
It made the reality of difficult first aid situations easier to listen to.
The practical side felt less embarrassing because some of the exercises were done collectively, so less focus on an individual.!! and it helped to make the first aid in real events more memorable if needed..
Great course, Adrian was excellent at getting the message across and was extremely knowledgeable.
We thoroughly enjoyed attending our First Aid course. Our Trainer was very knowledgeable, informative and friendly, and made the course fun. We feel that he is a credit to St Johns. Please could you pass our feedback on!
First Response First Aid Ltd have been fantastic, we would absolutely use them again in future. The company have been very accommodating, delivering the Basic Emergency First Aid course in a specialised environment. The trainer (Paul) built a great rapport with the learners, evidenced in their engagement in the sessions and excellent individual feedback.

The trainer from First Response delivered a first class First Aid Course. The content was suitable for the age range of the children who attended (Young Carers) they were treated according to age and level of understanding. The trainer fully engaged the young carers throughout the course and placed an emphasis on doing the best they can and not to be afraid to try. The young carers went away with a good level of first aid skills. We would thoroughly recommend this course.

Excellent three day first aid at work course Lead by Brian Denning. He’s an ex paramedic who’s served years on the Staffordshire ambulance teams so there’s not much he hasn’t seen or dealt with. The course was well balanced between practical tasks, videos, slideshows and conversation included plenty of anicdotes and stories of bryan dealing with actual emergencies as a PM.
A very enjoyable course with the learning well paced for all. Absolutely first class and I have no reservation whatsoever in giving this company my strongest recommendation.
