Absolutely shocking, DO NOT ORDER. Took my money and didn’t hear anything or any tracking info for over a month! Wouldn’t reply to emails and have just refunded me with no reasoning. Terrible customer service. Just seen they’re buying it all from TEMU and selling it on for more money 😂

Ordered 2 items, a pair of trainers and a hoodie. Arrived and I received 2 trainers for the same foot so not able to use and the hoodie we ordered in a 6-9 was a 12-18.

I contacted via email & instagram about sorting it, I was very relaxed considering. No reply, acknowledgment or apology. Just slapped with a refund. I would have preferred the replacement, but I didn’t even get the option.

They are constantly posting they are ‘Low on stock’ but always seem to have enough weeks and weeks beyond that. Bit of a con to make you buy really and then they can’t even follow through on a simple order.

Long lead time, poor quality clothing an appalling communication.

2 rompers received still in the bags they received from China. They're poor quality and the labels are stitched to the outside. I still haven't received the trainers that were ordered.

I have been e-mailing and messaging on Insta, with no response. I'm currently claiming the money back off my card. Will not use again!

Ordered 3 items. After more weeks than their turnaround stated and a instagram post saying ‘last chance to get your items before christmas’ i never got my items before Christmas. The owner just encourages people to buy with false timelines of turnarounds. When the items did come, it was missing one item. I just got automated responses saying they’ve ‘checked my order and its nearly done’ erm, no??? Its here & its missing things. I was refunded but after a few emails, no apologies or anything! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Items are very cheaply made & wouldn’t recommend supporting someones business who doesn’t have the decency to deal with their customers when they’ve been in the wrong & think automated replies are sufficient.

I placed two separate orders one was over £50 on 13th January - this was a gift for a baby boy whose birthday was on 25th January. The other was a jacket for my baby girl - order placed on 18th January. I emailed on 3 separate occasions requesting an update on when the items will be delivered. I have had no response. I am absolutely appalled with the service.

The jacket that was ordered after has been delivered- poor quality and not true to size however this is not why I am writing this review.

From experience- poor communication and appalling service. I will not be wasting my time or money again.

Received something completely different from what I ordered, keep sending emails with no answer and the same with their chat service with no answer, the worst ever customer service plus very low quality for the price

Beautiful design but very disappointing quality!
I love supporting small businesses and I hate to write this. But I would also hate for people to spend money and get disappointed. The clothing is designed well, very pretty, we got the teddy tracksuit and beanie. But the quality is worse than a high street brand. It’s very “made in China”. You are better of spending your money at Next or H&M.

No idea who this company are, never bought from them but they've randomly started spamming me, I've asked them for proof of GDPR compliance but have heard nothing back. Next step is reporting them to the OIC.
