The staff at first tech is great!
The staff at first tech and their customer service team, including Josh Turner, who helped me today, were all wonderful. I had some mistakes happen with getting a new debit card on the same day of doing a very large wire transfer, but by the end of it, the first tech team got it figured out and we were back to normal. Thanks!

Excellent customer service
She started by spelling her name after introducing herself. That was important to me. She helped me with my request and then let me know I have rewards I didn’t know I had. She sent me info on how to use those rewards and all was done in a very quick timeline. I appreciated Ro’s help.
