At 1st I spoke with a lovely Welsh lady (sorry didn’t catch her name) then was transferred to Phil smith which was a delight to talk to explained everything and sorted what was needed to cover for my children if anything happened, quick and easy and hassle free! 5stars

Really enjoyed talking to him, he got me engaged as I tend to zone out, with certain conversations specifically when it comes to finance.
He respected my decision, but gave me options should I change my mind, made himself open for me to contact him should I have questions.
He was friendly yet professional. He made the overall experience quite enjoyable and not boring
