Still awaiting an order i ordered weeks ago. No reply to emails or messages sent via Facebook.

Read the reviews before spending money with this company. Late dispatch and incorrect items sent. Just really poor service. No reply to emails.

Avoid this scamming company. They trade under different names, don't answer their emails or phone calls. The product never arrives after numerous attempts to chase up the order. Avoid completely.

Never received the goods will not answer emails and will not answer the phone not impressed at all will never use again

Brilliant, 2mm Coppens pellets and 6mm Coppens pellets 25kg are brilliant.

Not lacking in colour, texture and smell.

Can't wait to be pinging them out this summer for them crafty F1's.

Ordered 25kg 6mm Carp Pellet; took two weeks to arrive; and paperwork said 6mm in the box. The box contained 25kg 2.3mm pellet. Okay fine....however they have now not answered the phone (if you can find the number +44 1701 927827 Option 4), online form and three e-mails over two weeks; given up.
Will no use again.
Use "The pellet Guys" Instead.

My order said dispatched showing awaiting collection by the courier for 10 days.i contacted them twice no reply so I opened a case on PayPal the next day my parcel started tracking it has now arrived but the boilies have a best before date of 2/2/2023 7 months out of date so I won't be using them and won't be ordering from them again

Ordered from them.
Got despatch confirmation but when I looked closer it said the parcel was still with them, days later the same thing.
Tracked down their phone number 01707 927 827 and no reply. Tried many times, no reply.
Tried emailed. No reply.
.
Only when I asked for a refund and stated that I'd pursue the amount through legal means including costs did they send my order.
Which was carp pellets.
Which arrived in a plastic tub with the lid not on it so all the pellets were everywhere. Only took a couple of moments to pour into the tub, but... sealed lid? I think not.

Word of advice, do not use Fishing Bait World……… part of the order has been delivered. However, chasing the balance of the order has been problematic with excuses of a ‘busy warehouse’ to blame for my order not being fulfilled/blaming their supplier who will be dispatching the order directly to me.
Whichever way you look at this, a company that does not answer calls or actually be proactive regarding customer service is a huge red flag.

Ordered on 2/11/22 - Not received after a week. Sent 3 x emails which were unanswered. Tried phoning - no reply. 9/11/22 Emailed to say I was getting money back via bank, surprisingly the item was posted that day! Waste of time and will not be ordering again.

Used to be good. But now no one ever picks up the phone or answers e mails. I won’t be using them again. Avoid

This is the second time, I've had to wait too long for my orders, I'd forgotten about the first time. If I could have put zero stars I would've. Tried phoning (their 'social' number), no answers or it just goes dead. Spoke to someone at GJW Titmus twice, very helpful (I think) but still no answers. Not 8mprssed at all, must remember not to use them again

No one ever answers the phone I had 20kg bag of pellets took over 2cweeks before I got a reply this is the second time this has happened the service is absolutely terrible
