Same issues as others. Ordered a fishing pole combo and it never showed up. Got the order number and confirmation in an email and logging in it says "You haven't placed an order with us".

Made a mistake of ordering twice from this site. used PayPal because it is safe way to do business.
The odd thing was that the money did not go to the company but to Ganda Sari Kuari and the second one went to CV.MartFour Pdg.
When checking order status in first case it was marked as send but after about two weeks status changed to "cancelled" The second order changed to "cancelled" after couple of days.
Send e-mails to above individuals but got no response nor refund. Until proven otherwise I consider this company to be internet fraud.

FishingCastle Review
FishingCastle.com is absolutely a scam. I ordered two reels, at different times. After about a month they cancelled the first order. Then they cancelled the second order later.
They do use paypal, so I'm contesting the charge, which I'm sure I'll win, but the PayPal process takes about 2 months.
They reason they get away with this is every charge has a different paypal account. So PayPal can't keep up with them.
NOTE- I've emailed multiple times with no response and I've called and nothing. Sorry guys, I wish it was real but don't waste your time like I did.

No delivery tracking code given despite repeated requests.
The prices are too cheap to be real and after 12 weeks no goods have been delivered.
No response to Paypal refund request so far.
