Alex Martin (Mail Order Manager) has gone above & beyond to help us with multiple orders- even responding out of hours! He has kept us up to date, answered our queries & just been extremely helpful making the whole process so easy! Any issues we have had have been dealt with very swiftly & without any issues! I ordered the incorrect rod, called and spoke Gareth who was very helpful. New rod arrived less than a week after I returned the first delivery. Polite, professional and efficient

I ordered a large Pike fishing net and at very short notice, Glasgow Angling managed to get the sent to me with a day to spare. It was well packaged and the product was everything I needed. I bought a Westin W3 CR Landing Net XL.
Overall, I give Glasgow Angling top marks for going the extra mile to get the item sent super fast.

I received a broken item. A member of staff emailed me to say I could have an exchange or refund but then was ignored terrible to wake up on Christmas day excited to give your partner a gift and it's broken. Was absolutely mortified. No further luck on a refund or replacement. First time ordering from them and can't believe I've just been ignored after the initial email. Shocking.

Excellent prices and quality products brilliant postage which is very fast and trustworthy which is means a lot the way things are with some delivery companies especially evri 🤬 .

I've bought a few things of them in the past and the company itself is all good. However please stop using UPS for delivery they are the worst delivery service in the country. Everything sent by them is late if it gets here at all. I won't buy anything more online, I will continue to visit the stores when I'm down south. I feel UPS is costing you custom.

Wanted a 4wt intermediate fly line. This shop was one of the only ones that sold them - good price and rapid delivery

I went to the angling centre with a damaged fly reel not knowing if I would get a refund or it replaced but Jim at the click and collect was very helpful from the get go he replaced my fly reel and even tied on my fly line back onto the new fly reel he was very helpful he even helped me understand why it could have broke and tips on keeping my fly rod and line in good condition had a great experience Jim is a top man

Ordered this rod on the 18/06/2025 and was delivered on the 19/06/2025 very Happy with the service i received. The rod was very well packed and undamaged and delivered by UPS. I would highly recommend glasgow angling centre for the service and advice which they offered me.

Poor service. Buyer beware. Never again.

Purchased an FX air rifle from them and I somehow managed to get 5 pellets stuck in the barrel..!!?? Spoke to GARY WINGATE there whom was very helpful and suggested I send the rifle back to them and he'd have a look and see what he could do. Just received a call saying that he managed to remove the pellets and all was well.

Will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered an item online from GAC and when it arrived, there was an issue with it. I was in Glasgow next day so I took it back to the store. The guys were brilliant, no quibble, no hassle and gave me a full refund. Excellent customer service.
