fast delivery fair price worked out a solution to stock problem very promptly and satisfactory.

I placed my order by internet, the item which I was after was the last one in stock. Fishing Tackle N.I. contacted me by telephone just moments after I placed my order to tell me that someone else also by internet just one second before my transaction was accepted had purchased the item. This I though was very considerate as we could have spent a lot more time making other arrangements if they had just sent me a e-mail. In just a couple of moments I was able to inform them that I was willing to wait until a new batch of the item I was wanting was received for them to send one to me.

This is good customer service by Fishing Tackle N.I. in using the telephone to quickly find if I was happy to wait or accept an alternate item which they would immediately dispatch. THANK YOU KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

I ordered a 'high value' item from their website which was listed as 'In Stock' which was unfortunately not the case. However, I was contacted with haste to inform me of the issue and asked if I was open to other options that they did have in stock. After some communicating, an alternative was arranged and it was in my hands the very next day, as Saturday delivery was arranged FOC! Excellent.

The staff (Sean) was very pleasant and willing to help fix things the best he could.

I was going to give 4 stars due to the stock on the website being incorrect, but I decided not too as I was that pleased with the communication from the staff that I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I will first contact them to check stock though, as I would advise anybody else too.
