Same here I did not go through with the purchase as something rang a bell
I received an email to say my order is being processed
I emailed them to see what's going on and how much I've been charged, received an email back saying and quote I know you cannot wait for your order please be patient, that triggered more bells
I went into my net bank and saw they charged me $300 wow I was furious, rang my bank and they knew straight away about them and promised me I'll get my money back, after just a week I got my refund
BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

The company should be banned. I ordered one bottle of pills to try and have been charged over £300 for pills I do not want and did not order. Their response has been a standard 'read the terms and conditions' and I can get nothing else.

I’m now reluctant to even open one of them. Charged £199.99 for 5.
I ordered 1. Tried to contact them and got a one word response: ‘Hi!’
Feel ridiculous now. Don’t even know where to start to get my money back. There was a 30-day guarantee on the Ad. Anyway…if any one can add a comment if they have somehow managed to get money back or any contact at all…that would really help

This company is just a scam. They charged my credit card 5 times the amount I believed I was paying. I have reported the scam to my bank.

I was under the impression that I was buying MD+ACV gummies and I have received some junk looking product called Fitbit’s that looks nothing remotely like the product I ordered. Not to mention they overcharged me. I was suppose to pay $180 and it was $300! I have been trying to get my bank to take the money back but unsure if they will. I feel we are all entitled to our money back reading everyone’s reviews it seems we have all been scammed! Receiving a product that is not the same as the product purchased entitles you to your money back. These people are scum!!!

I saw a very misleading ad 2/1/24 that indicated $64 .95 a bottle. It seemed to be legitimate, so I foolishly placed an order for what I thought was 1 bottle; within minutes I found I was being charged for 5 bottles, and immediately emailed asking for the transaciton to be cancelled. Got a response within 20 minutes explaining this company's automatic ordering and how it was not posible to change or cancel the order once it had been placed.
I emailed straight back stating that I believed they were operating a scam, and unless the transaction was cancelled and my money returned, I would start a "chargeback" procedure with my bank.
What a surprise, I heard nothing further from them until 9/1/24 when they responded with their explanation in which they had the cheek to state "we understand the importance of transparency and clear communication with our customers"
the only part of this whole sorry experience was that the bottles actually turned up within 3 weeks, however they were not like the product advertised, there was no invoice or any paperwork whatsoever, nor any return address to send the product back.
I had informed Fitbites of my intention to start a charge back, and went to my bank (Kiwibank) and got the process started - they were excellent,and I had the paper trail of all the communications between myself and Fitbites.
As a result, I have been informed by my bank that the case has been completed and I will be getting $322.91 refunded; I strongly urge anyone else who feels they too have been scammed by this company to contact their own bank to get a chargeback going - I believe that there is approximately a 2 month window of opportunity to do this , and it offers the best hope of getting your money back.

The product arrived and did not match the description given or the description on the sales screen. It looks like mass-produced jelly cut into squares and tastes like it is rolled in citric acid. Then it is cut into squares and bottled with cheap faded and worn packaging. Suggesting it has been on the shelf for some time. The expiry date is on the bottom of the bottle.
It stipulates that it has not been approved by the FDA but is manufactured in an FDA facility.
The ingredients do not match the advertised ingredients in fact BHB as they call it has quite severe side effects.
When taken by mouth: BHB is possibly safe when taken as a single dose of 380 mg/kg. Some people might have stomach upset, diarrhea, constipation, and stomach pain. These side effects are more likely to happen when very high doses are used. There isn't enough reliable information to know if BHB is safe when more than one dose is used. (extracted from wedmd.com)
The dosage: bottle says 1 per day but it does not stipulate the dose value. Proprietary Blend is 125mg home much of this blend is taken in each dose?
Upon research, the company was formed in June 2023. Amazon no longer sells the product it is unavailable on its site.
My husband read the article and convinced me to try it. I should have gone with my gut feeling. JUST ANOTHER SCAM.
I have tried it and what a disaster I have gained 2 kgs and I am an extremely active person.
So please do not buy this product.

Such a scam! Reading all the previous comments I have experienced the same issues. Saw a professional style advertisment offering 5 for the price of 3. Then got a shock when my credit card was debited £200. This is not the amount I confirmed when I paid. I received an email confirming receipt of order plus another confirming shipment. I contacted the sender to cancel immediately and was told the same. You cant cancel the
shipment's on its way. I sent a number of emails requesting proof of purchase, terms and conditions and asking for a full refund. Each time the company respond evading my requests. They did tell me there were currently no offers on their products and that I had requested 5 bottles. It does appear that this particular company has piggy-backed a genuine website. So I have tracked down the
company where the emails originated and it is registered to a house in Manchester UK. The return products address is based in Austria! The website
Is poor, nothing like the one I was reading. I'm really reluctant to consume this product (if it arrives) as the Company feels highly irregular. I have reported them to UK Trading Standards.
Don't know if I'll get my money back. Lesson learned.

If I could give zero stars I would, Absolute scam , as per the previous reviews. Charged over and above on my credit card, which stated it would be in Australian dollars. No one has answered emails. Will be telling as many people that I can.

13th January 2024. I saw these gummies on facebook read the numerous reviews singing their praises so thought I would try these myself. There was a wheel if you spin & it landed on a certain number you get that amount discounted I landed on 50%. Great news. Happy to pay $111.25 for 2 bottles. Next thing my credit card says I have been charged for another 5 bottles and paid $322 plus for them! I never ordered them. Rang my bank they said they could do nothing. Contacted them a number of times finally an email saying I should read terms & conditions. I replied asking for a refund on the extra 5 bottles email back this message could not be delivered! A SCAM (I LIVE IN FEILDING NZ

I ordered 5 bottles of the BHB Gummies online. The deal was pay for 3 bottles and get 2 free. They charged me for all 5. I emailed customer service the same day that I ordered these and tried to cancel my order and was told that I couldn't cancel because the order goes directly to the shipping facility. I emailed numerous times to request a copy of my reciept (which I never did recieve) and an address to return them to with no luck. After I contacted my credit card company to see if they could help, I received and email with the return address as well as a list of charges they would be taking off of my refund. Shipping, handling fee and duty. The next day I received an email telling me that I couldn't return the gummies after all because they are a food product. The ad stated that there was a satisfaction guarantee on this product and free return if you weren't happy. This company is a scam!!!!!

Absolute waste of money and time. Cost £109 and neither my wife or I have lost any weight. In fact I have put on four pounds while taking the product over a period of 45 days.

I have just ordered I bottle of gummy’s from Fitbites online and found they charged me for 5 at a cost of NZ$322. I immediately emailed them several times to correct the mistake and send one bottle, not five and reimburse me the balance and have heard nothing from them at all. I received an email, confirming my order and shipping me a tracking number was a company landmark global in Utah, which I can’t seem to confirm that they exist as the website says closed with no reason which could be because it is the Christmas holidays, however, the phone number given does not exist! I am horrified and have tried every way to contact both bites and the shipping company with no response. I am beginning to believe I have been fully scammed and reading some of the other messages I’m not sure if this is so as some people have received their Gummy’s although they say they are not real. The company says money back guarantee I would be interested to know if anyone has ever got their money back?

I was over charged from my initial order. I am in Australia and ordered in $AU dollars- was charged $300 for an Oder that should have been $180. No one is answering my emails- my order #4418. This is an absolute scam and l insist on a full refund

Not lost a pound in weight, 54 pounds lighter in my bank balance, do not buy

Bought these gummies and have been taking them not lost one ounce of weight. I also answered the e mail and asked for the order to be cancelled as very misleading and cost £109 e mail was ignored . All seems to be a scam.

These tablets do not work.
I am very annoyerd as I requested to cancl this order,but my email was totally ignored.I mis -under stood the advert which I explained and could ill afford the £109 pound.
So my bank is down by that amount,and a waste of time takng the tablets ,as have found no wreight loss at all.so BE AWARE

My husband and I have been taking FITBITES for over 2 weeks and neither of us have lost an ounce of weight. Very disappointed with this product. I cannot recommend FITBITES as it is definitely not worth the money.
