Peter the Manager came first to check the site and ask for any special requirements, the next day Stuart arrived, a very polite and customer focused professional. In less than a day the floor was tiled, grouted and cleaned in a very large Orangery. We are so pleased we had an estimate to continue through into the kitchen.
