This is so much worse than just doing…

This is so much worse than just doing the paper work yourself for the police. The form is clunky, throws errors for date ranges on previous addresses, doesn't back fill information from previous entries, requires redundant data entry on ID documents, and gives contradictory advice. Basically, if they didn't have a monopoly on public service HR in Australia, I don't know why anyone would use this service.

Left Feeling Wonderful

Was so thrilled to be taken care of by the lovely Jane who selected so many gorgeous outfits that suited me to a T. I honestly felt like a movie star being dressed for a special event. I arrived feeling down and looking quite bedrgaggled and left so happy and beautifully Fitted For Work. Thank you to all the lovely people and organisations that contribute. You don't just help us with outfits, you build up our self esteem which truly is a special gift. Thank you ALL.🙏😘🤗

What an absolute joke the process is

What an absolute joke the process is. We have been trying for months to get a police check for my son.
When they eventually respond to your emails, it’s always the same generic email and they never address the problems. Their system keeps masking the credit card numbers and ask you keep submitting the same thing over and over but their system keeps rejecting it.
Don’t waste your time on this circus, try another.

Valuable advice received on the phone.

Tried contacting Fitforwork for an urgent query. Live chat service is available from 8:30 am. However, despite waiting for one hour, chat service was still having an issue and I was not able to chat with anyone. Tried calling their call centre, but none of the advisors were available to talk. Left my name and number for someone to call back. And I did get a call back in 30 minutes. Pleasantly surprised as I did receive valuable advice on the phone.
