I’m really impressed with this Starfleet Academy varsity jacket. The quality is solid and feels like it’ll actually last, but the standout is definitely the back patch. It’s huge, detailed, and easily the best part of the whole design.
I’m already planning on grabbing another one for my girlfriend since it looks so good in person. Definitely worth it!

I ordered a jacket, looked beautiful on the pictures online but when I received I didn’t like it. I returned the jacket to them but after one month still didn’t get my money back. And was quite expensive. They just don’t want to give my money back.

Avoid Fjackets at All Costs – Total Scam!

If I could give Fjackets zero stars, I would. This company is a complete scam! I ordered a jacket that looked beautiful online, only to receive a cheap, poorly made knockoff that looked NOTHING like the photos. When I reached out to return it, they flat-out refused, giving me the runaround and making every excuse possible to avoid issuing a refund.

Their customer service is non-existent, and they clearly don’t care about their customers once they’ve taken your money. This is a fraudulent company, and I urge everyone to stay far away from them. Don't waste your time or your hard-earned cash—shop somewhere reputable instead!

I really like that they always ask my measurements and on my first jacket my swimmer's shoulders were just too tight so, I gave my jacket to my friend who it fit perfectly, I ordered another FTWD leather jacket ADC has but in medium and sleeves and back a little broader with a perfect fit. The jacket is gorgeous and I do wax it as I live in the PNW. I just received another jacket and the company went through the hoops to find a shipping company ( FEDEDX) that does not charge extra and had it shopped to my friend as they would not deliver to my island? Then she mailed it to me...I think people need to realize to size up. However their medium is really a small but it fits beautifully. I will always choose their jackets bc they are handmade.

What an absolute pleasure to recieve the coolest jacket of the century: fits like a glove, the leather is exquisite, tha tailoring top notch. I am in awe - and will order with pleasure next time. 11 out of 10 !

I'm a Costomer for few years now I purchased my second jacket and I have to say the jacket is incredibly beautiful I have it made custom the detail are perfect the material is perfect and I purchased 3 jackets in the past and im ordering a 4rd one this week and Tina the lady thats being taken care me is wonderful and her customer relations are 5stars always answers my questions and emails I give this company 10 🌟 stars and I guarantee to anyone if you purchased a jacket from them you will buy another one thanks fits jacket for the wonderful work you do and thanks Tina for your professionalism attention. Worth the wait! My son is very happy with his Goku Drip Jacket. They are a formidable company and they always answered my emails in a timely fashion. If you give them a shot they will not disappoint. And it beats paying thousands of dollars. Great product for a fraction of the price!!!

I was skeptical after I ordered because the process was not what I was use to. Only email (quick response from company) and no phone calls or address. But after 2 months I got my order DHL. My Amy Fleming coat fits me perfectly. It is detailed and as pictured. I would order again.

After first ordering the jacket, I was concerned about the amount of time it took to be shipped. I assumed, when I provided my body measurements, that Fit Jackets would adjust to the nearest general size and wondered why it was taking so long. I sent an email inquiring about the delay and was informed you had actually taken steps to tailor the jacket to my specific measurements! I was shocked but still skeptical. Several days later, the jacket shipped. As soon as it was delivered, I tried it on and discovered the fit was, indeed, perfect! I am so happy with my purchase and continue to be impressed with Fit Jacket's professionalism and top-notch customer service. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

The customer service was great! After I ordered I received an email stating I needed to verify the size to be able to return. I did that and went up a size and it fit my son perfectly! I even received an email asking how did I like the jacket. I would order from this company again.
