Excellent experience- no hard sell, just expert help :)
Visited the Camberley store on 12th February. Nicole couldn’t have been more helpful. She took the time to understand what I wanted and gave me the space and time to try out a range of treadmills.
No hard sell, no pressure to buy; just professional guidance and help.
The treadmill and weights are now in daily use :)
PS - I’m a professional sales trainer and really appreciate genuine sellers who aren’t simply product pushers.

Everything's smooth and good
The staff was responsive and helpful, providing necessary information about choices of elliptical cross trainer available. I ordered on Saturday, and opted to have delivery on the following Tuesday. The machine was delivered with care and we enjoy doing exercise at home now.

Delivery is a shambles
Delivery is a shambles. Had to call 3 times to chase up.when I finally got a date no one turned up so lost a days wages then said I would be coming in to speak to them about this. Then when I did come in nothing was offered to compensate. I ordered a few attachments for my son they said delivery would be Tuesday. Then yet again rues comes and goes and it arrives following Monday with packing destroyed.
