This is a fantastic store
This is a fantastic store - we travelled down to look at benches and thought we had a good idea of which one we wanted. After seeing them in the store and with the help of Julian (who was brilliant), we chose something completely different and much more suited to what we needed. The bench has now been in place at home for a couple of weeks and is getting a lot of use. Would highly recommend this store and Julian.

Machine falling apart after first month
Was initially impressed with the smith machine multigym I bought and paid for the installation but after 1 month the machine is falling apart with the cable lock in mechanism derailed fully one side and the otherside looks close to going as well. The tension of smith machine bar going lopsided when taking off the plates even with only 5kg plates. It hasn't even had much use and fallen apart already! Apprehensive working out now in case the machine falls apart on me working out, extremely disappointed!

Chris was incredibly helpful throughout our purchase and went above and beyond by giving us an additional 5% discount when I noticed that the prices had dropped further on their website the following day.
