Great value for money
Joined around 6 months ago and would highly recommend. The gym is well equipped and the classes are easy to book via the app. Coaches are welcoming and knowledgable - Christie’s Yoga on Fridays is particularly great.

Ive been supported very much as it was my first time being to a gym. A worker called omar really helped me around and showed me where everything is. I would definitely be coming back to this gym and il be sure to recommend it to friends and family. Thank you vey much omar i really appreciate it
As a person who is time constraint and the gym being open between set times. The gym on weekends is open on the dot or later which affects me based on schedules. When they open on the dot,it is coming from home walking in and switching on the lights. Today the the gym was meant to be open at 6:30am. I waited till 7:05am as myself and other members was standing outside in the cold . I suggest if people wasn't a gym,go to the gym group which is 24hrs and not reliant on anyone opening.
this guy raj in watford branch is rude disrespectful, he is like he deceives people
he is not a nutritionist i demand to see his university qualification all he says eat healthy lol
he thinks he owns the gym he is nothing but a useless kickboxing trainer, he does not train well and he does not respect boundaries with women
he should be disciplined and respect him self more
i heard him should at female gym members when angry i am surprised no one complained about this behaviour but i guess everyone covers his disgusting actions just because
Andreia is polite and a good asset to the team who always has a smile on her face and willing to help aswell as most of the staff
Love this gym, is cool, even if sometimes is difficult to find the weights.
thanks for fixing the air con!
I don’t appreciate the bad look of the blond lady at the reception, every time she’s in, she is not welcoming at all, seams like say “hello” is too much for her; looks like if I say hi or goodby I offend her.
On the other side The other guys that work there, are really friendly and educated.
It's lovely gym, good location and great staff, for what you pay!
Just the cleanliness of the place is not up to standard.
The female's changing room is dirty and should be cleaned more often.
Please F4L, could you improve/fix the following?
The bins are constantly overflowing with sanitary disposals and toilet paper, toilets don't flush properly causing blockage and floods, taps don't stop automatically when turned on hard.
The sauna seat has been broken for a while and nails sticking out. There is no water station inside, has not been thought out well when in sauna.
One of the lights has been flashing for ages which hasn't been fixed.
Don't think the floor has ever been cleaned inside of the class room.
The door don't close and having a glass is not really sound proof to block the outside noise out. Perhaps, proper door would fix the issue, as it's like a nightclub outside, especially, when taking classes without music.
Changing the music in changing room and also at the main reception entrance would help too.
Often people come to the class room to train and use the equipment when they see people are getting ready for the specific class, need a daily schedule to be stick on the door so they are aware of it that there is a class taking place or a massive sign "in USE".
The class capacity should be monitored as often too many people (not necessarily booked in for the classes), therefore having a list of attendees and ticking it off is the way to go to prevent any space restrictions around you and any shortage of equipment as well.
Thank you!
After DW sports shut down in northampton i decided to try and join another Gym.
I was given a discount voucher which made my payments at £17.99 per month however 2 weeks in i received an email saying the prices were being upped and the discount removed. so now bill would be £27.99 per month. I have decided to cancel and wait to see if another 'affordable' gym opens
The lady that does Strong by Zumba every Saturday morning is inextricably rude. Firstly, I went to her class few times but her attitude and way of beeing made me not join her class any longer. You don’t see a smile on her face, her attitude is just not ok. Moreover she had to replace Prince at a Zumba class, I went there like I usually do, 2 min before the class to start the room was almost half empty but she decided to kick me out as I wasn’t on the list . I want to mention that I am a member for more then 2 years and I find this lady and her way of kicking me out very rude. Hopefully I don’t have to see her again .
The worst gym I have ever seen. Problems started since day one when my app didn’t work when I tried to come in. Equipment extremely uncomfortable, seems dirty. Music extremely loud, I couldn’t enjoy listening to my iPods, after an hour had very bad headache, do not know how they are allowed to have volume this loud?? Some machines (bicycle) was out of order and one running machine however no one bothered to put the sign on it. Some members were using machines where there was a sign not to use due to social distancing but of course no one stopped them. Now I also got email that my direct debit wasn’t set up when I joined as my computer timed out 😂👌
Guys sort out your gyms and systems!!!
Fitness 4 less canning town I am very disappointed with the managers decision not to allow me to freeze my membership I have been a regular customer there for 7 years in a go for the first few years I was paying by direct debit then moved to the annual membership for last 3 years there is a pandemic going on I brought an annual membership December last year and I am not allowed to freeze this I have stopped visiting the gym because of my own health and safety I am aware of the terms and conditions but during a pandemic I am being charged for something I am not using when my membership ends I will definitely take business else where .
Been visiting there for 1 month and it’s been a pleasure. Nice people there
I have been going to the gym for about 10 years. I have also worked as a PT for a similar time frame.
I have recently herniated two discs in my back and spent 3 weeks in hospital. After sitting at home for over a month resting, I finally decided to rejoin the gym and get my recovery on the way.
I had to cancel my current gym membership as I was just not able to drive the distance without being in absolutely agony with back pain.
I walked in and wasn’t treated with a smile or any kind of hello, in fact I had to engage the member of staff behind the desk. I explained my situation and was keen to join as I personally knew a couple of the Personal Trainers of the gym. I had my kit and trainers on for the first time in nearly 8 weeks.
I have also been given promotional codes when there are joining Fee’s and have given them out to members that really were opposed to paying the fee when joining.
He seemed un moved by my story and explained there was nothing he could do. I was willing to pay a higher price to have the flexibility of not being tied to a 12 Month contract. This again was not enough.
I am now sat in the Carpark, with my gym kit on looking at other gym options.....and I have found 2 with the same facilities with no joining fee. So I say to anyone considering fitness4less, look elsewhere!
Good equipment but full of meat heads who take over the weights area, camping out in big groups and the staff are not friendly. There are also people at the door trying to get your ‘mates’ to join.
Good quality but can be improved more.
Still very good for wat we pay
