My name is harpreet, I am having a terrible experience from fitness inn!!! It has been 3 weeks, firstly they did not keep up to date with the tracking of my item, it arrived a week later. Secondly the stair master they delivered had a rusty lining, where the screws can’t even go in that’s how rusty and old it is! I’ve sent them numerous emails about sorting it out and they have ignored my emails! They have only replied once by sending a technician with no timing even though I have asked three times over a week still no reply! No one answers the phone, I will see now whether the technician will come today or whether it was a lie. Do not buy from them there machines are faulty and bad customer service when you try and get it sorted. Overall quick to take my money and slow service with poor products, because they have ignored I’ve had to come on this website for a reply how sad !

I had a nice experience with them. Te delivery was nice, the prices are better than any other fitness equipment store in UK and the customer service helped me every time i asked them for something.
I bought a treadmill with them (ProForm Performance 410i) and to be honest i thought they would have a horrible after purchase service for that price, but after all they did it really nice, it seems that they are working really hard to improve day after day. Recommended 100% i would buy again.

Terrible experience. Please do not buy from them. In short, they sold us a product they did not have available and then refused to respond to our enquiries about it.

Bought a £6000 elliptical advertised as being available for delivery within 2-4 weeks. By 6 weeks from placing our order, we still had not been able to get Fitness Inn to answer our simple question as to when we might expect delivery. For weeks, they did not answer their phones or respond to email, to the point we thought the company had gone out of business. 8 weeks after we ordered the product, we finally got an explanation that, despite having taken our money, they weren't actually able to find a source for the product and that basically we were one of multiple people who had paid for the same elliptical model and were competing to receive any ellipticals of model that the company might or might not have ready for delivery at some uncertain time in the future. We had to contact our credit card company to get them to put a stop on the funds so that we could our money back.
