Tried to order replacement runners for 2 wire baskets as they had both broken. I got replies to my emails saying they would deal with the issue but then ........... nothing. Don't bother contacting these people, they will not deal with any queries. Very poor customer service. Absolute waste of time.

AVOID- Absolutely appalling company with no sense of responsibility, non-existent customer services and shambolic support. Bought an under-counter waste bin which broke after hardly any use. Contacted them for a replacement, initially tried very hard to dismiss any responsibly, then agreed for a replacement which I have waited for more than 9 months. Absolutely non-existent customer services as has not responded to more than 20 calls and several emails. This is most likely an individual seller working from a shed rather than a business organisation.

First time using this company and not very impressed. We do a lot of cabinetry and joinery we thought we would try this company and not again we ordered a goal profile and corner cap not used this before. We bought on line Thursday for next day didn’t arrive called Monday to find out where it is got told Tuesday told them we needed it to finish the job (“sorry but it will be with you Tuesday”) didn’t say clips were separate so when it arrived had to call again explained that it’s holding up the job needed the clips asap paid extra for them to be here. Just called and delivery after 4 so another day gone job and job can’t be finished won’t use agin

My experience was great. I was kept up to date throughout from order to delivery. All the items were present and correct and they look great. It was a fabulous price too. I would use this company again.

First time buyer, I ordered two of the same product and been sent one correct item damaged and the other item isn't what I ordered with someone else's name in the packing slip, tried to phone no answer on the weekend and no answer today (Monday) - Emailed multiple times with photos of damage and packing slip. So far i've had one email saying "It looks as if parcelforce have repacked the item, can you confirm it is just the single unit that is damaged?" no acknowledgement to other issues at this time. So far experiencing is frustrating and no one answers the phone.

Purchased for bathroom cabinets, faultless transaction and speedy delivery. What's not to like! Fitting instructions easy to follow, with a little preplaning re position and measurements, all went very easily and to plan. A lot of adjustability to achieve a great fit. Absolutely great quality, they're heavy gauge and the added bonus of solid bases. Maybe tempted to purchase again in the future.

I would definitely recommend this company for customer care after sales the way my inquiry was dealt with was definitely one the best I have ever received

Just had two pull-out wire baskets for a kitchen cupboard. Really solid, nothing flimsy about these. Some people have complained about brief fitting instrustions but the basics are there. The greatest difficulty is making sure everything is spot-on level before you drill the fitting holes, not easy but with patience I did it. Make sure you get proper light into the cupboard so you can see your spirit level.

Bought some under cupboard lights for my kitchen. One didn’t work and the other the light faded and when I took it down the back of the light was all burned and had scorched the underneath of my cupboard. Complained but was fobbed off and told it was my fault. Poor advice, no support and not interested.
Avoid this company at all costs!

Handles were a great price and not disappointed now i have them. absolutely brilliant for the price and super fast delivery. will definitely use Fittinsco again.

Reasonably priced...very...prompt delivery, and great quality.

Shame I can’t give 0 stars as one star is far too generous.

Paid over £400 for worktops.
Online system charge me over £85 for delivery costs for “Area 2” based on postcode.
Delivery times given between 1 and 5 working days.
On the 6th working day the order has not been dispatched yet.
Called the “24 hrs” customer support number. There was no answer on that number for 3 days, no matter what time of the day I called.

Only contact via email, and after a few emails sent, they only replied after sending message via website.

In the end I had to call the bank to have the money refunded and sent another message, via the company website, to have the purchase cancelled.

Do not use this company unless your money grows on the tree in your back garden and you have time to spend trying to contact these clowns.

Brought an LED mirror from this company, all was ok until it stopped working. Its take over six months to get my money back and only because I took them to HM Courts and Tribunals (Small claims) I have been told by them that the mirror did not have a guarantee, so I contacted the supplier who told me that the guarantee was 5 years. Lots of unanswered emails, mirror was sent back but no replacement was ever sent. Lots more unanswered emails and even through they said they had issued a refund, no money until I took it further. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered pull out baskets and was delighted at the fast service and excellent quality of the baskets. Would highly recommend this company. 😊

Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with. Paid for an item 2 months ago, no sign of delivery and unable to contact them via phone or email. Avoid like the plague.

The company and owner do not respond to any form of contact. Phone or email. The goods ordered were late and not what I ordered. They were very poor quality.
I have phoned 20 times with just an answer machine saying call back. Emails totally ignored.
Worst company I have ever dealt with.

We ordered four grey metal pull-out baskets from Fittings Co. Unfortunately two were damaged in transit. I was worried at first because my emails asking for replacements got no response (over Christmas) but when I phoned the company my problem was dealt with very quickly. Replacement baskets sent straight out, no charge, no fuss. Would use this company again. Baskets are good quality, just what we wanted.

Paid extra for cabinets to be assembled, delivery not only arrived later than it was suppose to, it was sent half of the order flat packed as there was not even room in the van. Refused to accept flat packed as this is not what I paid for, no communication from fittingsco until I reached out for a refund to then be told I would lose 35% of the money paid for an order I didn’t receive.

They are impossible to contact, returns policy is poor. 7 day cool off and you have to get it back to them within 14 days or they reject it.

I ordered a kitchen accessory in May and found missing part to install this. I still not have received this. I have been emailing them for months for a update and asking for a refund which they have not relied back. I have tried ringing them (if you complain, they will take your number and then block you. So you will have to use another number). Please do not use this company. I will now have to take this to trading standard and will update you on this.
