Great service, very polite and helpful.
Rhys was enthusiastic, explained the choices, smiling all the time. Manager was very helpful when I had an issue with my card.
Food was freshly prepared and tasty although expensive. Milkshake was delicious.

Shocking service from both Five guys and Uber eats (Drive)
Ordered for my son‘s birthday for him and his pals and all the milkshakes were missing when I asked the driver where they were he shrugged his shoulders and when I don’t know I have a drive up and get myself or tell him that you didn’t get them I found that really shocking and rude very expensive food. Also the bags had finger marks in them because he ripped the bags. Therefore the food was cold not acceptable at all.
Try to ring restaurant to ask them if I could collect the drinks for the boys and the number doesn’t work? No dialling tone just nothing.

Tom and his team were fab tonight, quick service and food was delicious! Ruby, Ella and Amiee were so lovely they also kept me entertained and ensured I had a nice clean place to sit , thank you x.

I attended five guys and the service was exceptional. I ordered the food with ease and it was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a well. Would strongly recommend. Cedric was really helpful and he knew exactly what he was doing.

Really enjoyable meal. Everything spot on. Service with a smile. Our waiter Tom was so polite and attentive. A great asset to the company.

Great food and good selection and very friendly staff. Will definitely be visiting the store again.

Drive 20 minutes to collect a burger and fries for my 12 year old daughter. My expectations for the £7.95 mini burger, was something better than there rivals would serve at a quarter of the price. Upon returning home she opened a greasy mush minus the toppings she ordered. I Gave feedback to Five Guys hoping they would acknowledge my dissapointment and hope they would show some incentive to retain my business, only to be thanked for my time and that they would pass on my information in hope that their staff could get the basics right.

We're really sorry to hear about the missing toppings.

To explain, we do not use grease or oil to cook our meat in as it cooks in its own juices and therefore served juicy. Also having said this, we don’t believe in using any type of additives in our bread recipe that would keep your bun from staying 'fluffly.'

Nonetheless, we understand your disappointment and will address your feedback with the team in Ashton Under Lyne, so they can make the relevant improvements moving forward.

Ashton. Overpriced, if you like cold burgers with cold fries this maybe right up your street. If you want reasonably priced hot food? Go elsewhere.

First time at five guys in Ashton and the first thing to say is how friendly and helpful the staff were. We didn’t know the order concept so they explained it clearly and with a smile, which is always a good start. The burgers were lovely, can’t fault them. And the chips were immense. And there was enough chips to feed a rhino. Yes it’s a bit expensive but I was really impressed. Will definitely return to five guys.
