Not great today, regular customer. The burger it self was very dry and not that hot, a lot thicker than normal so clearly hadn’t been pressed enough, patty did not cover the bun. Very little flavour... See more

Quality of food: high. Prices: even higher. Five Guys has, deservedly, earned a reputation for very high quality burgers and fries. With that, I have no issue. But, I just couldn't believe my bill... See more

Just rocked up at Guildford Five Guys - 6 customers - before 10pm and told too late - kitchen closed, whilst they have the audacity to continue cooking other orders. Doors still open, loads of people... See more

Poor burger

Not great today, regular customer. The burger it self was very dry and not that hot, a lot thicker than normal so clearly hadn’t been pressed enough, patty did not cover the bun. Very little flavour There were two burgers on the side of the flat top when I came in and no one waiting for food.

Go to Bill's - the Burgers are Better and Cheaper

Quality of food: high. Prices: even higher. Five Guys has, deservedly, earned a reputation for very high quality burgers and fries. With that, I have no issue. But, I just couldn't believe my bill. Look away now if easily scared. A regular cheeseburger, small fries and a drink came to over £18!!?! It was really nice, but still not the nicest burger I've ever had. That would have to be Bill's. Bill's chargrill their burgers, and as any burger aficionado will tell you, chargrilling produces the best flavour. The beef patties Bill's uses are every bit as good as Five Guys, but the flavour is even better. And Bill's fries, although quite different, are also just as good. If a family of four, with a couple of hungry teenagers went to Five guys, they literally wouldn't get out of there for under £100. Who, honestly, is gonna wear that? The same family of four could go to Bill's, receive table service, not have queue up and wait standing for their food, leave a generous tip, AND STILL get out of there for less than they'd pay at Five Guys. Five Guys is probably OK for wealthy single people without much time, but if you want the best burger experience, and don't like overpaying, then go to Bill's.

Very disappointing - Arrived before 10pm and gleefully told kitchen closed

Just rocked up at Guildford Five Guys - 6 customers - before 10pm and told too late - kitchen closed, whilst they have the audacity to continue cooking other orders. Doors still open, loads of people inside restaurant and still cooking!! Very disappointed family as well as paying customers behind us. Clearly not interested in delivering an optimal service!

Brilliant burgers terrible customer…

Brilliant burgers terrible customer service! I bought 5 burger with bacon a cheese all 5 didn’t have bacon in them and they messed up my milkshake. I realised when I got home I complained to customer service instead of an apology I get called a lair they say that the CCTV shows all the burgers had bacon on them how ridiculous. They have yet to apologise or compensate me. Customer service 101 don’t call your customers a liar when you messed up the order!! I’ve asked for the CCTV footage they have yet to respond. Don’t waste your money! Go to GBK instead!! Great burgers and great service!!
