Got horrendous food poisoning from eating a hotdog from here. Will not be eating from here ever again, it was clearly undercooked & I have been in excruciating pain for days.

An American fast casual restaurant chain focused on customisable burgers, hand cut fries, hot dogs & shakes. Only premium ingredients are used, everything is made fresh to order and nothing is ever frozen.

Not as thick as I expected. £29 Wasted
They try to be upmarket (for a burger joint) but it was noisy, the few available tables on the Friday night had food from previous customers, the chips were copious but full of black bits and slightly soggy, and the veggie burger didn’t have a burger, just bun and veg.
Frankly no better than cheaper alternatives.

Ordered from Five Guys and clearly four Guys were on holiday. How is it possible to miss three milkshakes from an order? The Just Eat driver had the translate app open before I had even told her the issue, obviously expecting an issue. When trying to find a solution and calling the restaurant, the number rang out three times, not surprising when the telephone Guy is on holiday, as well as the milkshake Guy. So then we have to request a refund as there is no option for redelivery, but then again there isn’t an option for incompetency, so probably shouldn’t be surprised!! Update; just phoned the restaurant and the one Guy answered, clearly a slow night, again not surprising if the quality of service is about as present as the milkshakes!! No chance that he might look over at the delivery pick-up counter to see if there are three lonely milkshakes, far too much like common sense. Apparently wasting items is better than trying to find a home for them!! Shambolic and very sad as the food is outstanding and I have been told that the milkshakes are some of the best on the market. Just a shame that they get poured in the bin before I can confirm the rumour!! Also staggeringly expensive!! No doubt this will be Just Eat’s problem however I can’t help but feel that the One Guy should have ensured everything was collected but then again, I’m just an old traditionalist and shocking service and a lackadaisical attitude seems to be a fairly modern addition to a Saturday night takeaway.
