Poor experience won’t return
Attended as a family to Milton Keynes for my daughter’s birthday. Poor service with no initiative or common-sense. Inflexibility approach to customer request for a couple of extra pickles even offered to pay for them as my daughter loves them and it was her special day. No empathy or understanding from main customer services with a don’t care attitude told I would have to buy her an adult burger to get them. I will never return to this chain. Overpriced and better burgers elsewhere with more helpful friendly staff!

To confirm, our burgers come plain as a standard. On delivery, you have to select which toppings you want on the burger - we have 15 free toppings. Otherwise, the burger will come with only patty and bun.

Disgusting overpriced mush
Disgusting over priced mush was what my veggie sandwich was! Went here for the first time as it had been hyped so much but won’t be going back.
The choice of veggie/vegan is next to none and what they do serve is inedible.
I contacted customer services asking for a refund. They replied:
“Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or compensation for the Sandwich as we did not deviate from the standards as expected”
This implies to me that a soggy inedible veggie sandwich is the standards they have set. I contacted them again and they didn’t even reply. Stay away from this overpriced food with terrible customer services.

Not a good first experience, I must state that 5 guys blamed deliveroo and didn’t want to know about our late, squashed and cold food .
Beware when ordering through deliveroo 5 guys will not want to know about any problems.
