Don't go here, horrendous customer service.

Milkshake was wrong.

Burger never came and wasn't even made until I had to prompt them - somehow the order got lost?! And then when they finally got around to it the burger was wrong.

No apology offered.

Contacted customer service and it appears they don't care either.

Waste of money.

The burger was cold in the middle and not presented very well very sloppy. I contacted five guys customer service who fobbed me off implying I didn’t know what a burger looked or tasted like. I would avoid this place, over priced burgers.

Have not been to a 5 guys for a long time, Worst burger experiences I have ever had, staff were pleasant and the dining area clean, but that's it order in a broken paper bag with chips spilt all over the bottom, for 5 guys special chips ready burnt chips , for well cooked bacon read frazzled bacon.the food was hot but that's it, Really is a do it yourself joint, I'm not a particular fan of MCDONALD'S either, but they knock spots of 5 guys every time. I will never go into a 5 guys again, !!!

Disappointed on my first visit. Waited too long for a chocolate milkshake to be prepared. Watched as a pile of 8-10 bread buns were chucked in the bin after being burnt on a hotplate. Table and floors filthy - customer behind me cleaned his but for those prices I'm not doing cleaning.

Five guys has massively gone down hill, used to be one of my favourite treat meals, ordered one from deliveroo a few weeks ago, it came and definitely wasn't the usual quality, the burger was gristly and nowhere near as nice as they had been, I thought maybe that was a one off so wasn't hugely put off, I ordered another last night from deliveroo and the quality doesn't even come close to the price now, the burgers are half the size they used to be, they don't fill the bun anymore and are no longer plump, juicy melt in the mouth, they're now thick and dry much like what you'd get from the butcher's section of a supermarket (for 60p each), the staff don't seem to pay attention to the toppings as I wanted grilled onions and I got raw onion, which isn't a big deal but raw onion upsets my stomach which is why I don't have them, the burgers used to be really neatly made up and now they're the same as a big mac that you have to rebuild yourself cause its all over the place, I don't know what you've done to the meat but you either need to go back to the old supplier or charge less cause the burgers are not worth the cost you're charging, the chips were the best part of the meal and I wont be ordering another burger from here for a long time!

Really poor, drink machine sprayed us in undiluted coke granules,fries were loose in the bag and for burgers and fries with a drink it was totally overpriced. Veggie burger fell to bits, buns were soggy. Very disappointing 😞

Food was very tasty and they gave me a ton of chips which is great, prices could certainly be cheaper as I’ve heard a lot of people say it’s overpriced.

Disregarding the pricing I can’t knock my few experiences at Five Guys at all, great service and fast food.

Prices are ridiculous however food is very nice. Doesn’t look like they do meal deals so everything is bought separate. Unlimited drinks is a nice touch. If they reduced prices by a few quid I would visit a lot more .

Only seem to pop up in major cities so actually getting to one these restaurants is few and far between

The cups that were meant to contain the fries were still upside so obviously the fries weren’t inside. End of the day it was very poor service from what looked like children who did not know how to meet customer satisfaction or expectation especially when the food is not cheap. We should’ve went McDonald’s instead.

Spoke to a gent called El Mahdi he was very curious and was very hospitable. I was partially tipsy but am sound of mind, when I ensured there was no queue it was a pleasure to speak to him. I do wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours.
