Wow how much for a takeaway burger!!!
To start with I couldn't believe the price for a takeaway burger, stunned!!!
Waited over 20 minutes, when back to check they had actually got our order.
Then I found a lump of something in my burger, plastic or hard cardboard, hard to say, it was horrible, put me off the rest of the burger.
So paid way over the odds, waited ages, then wasn't able to eat it. Never again. Not even if someone else is paying.!!!

Ordered home delivery with just eat delivery bag wet and split open chips loose in cups with no lids entire contents spilt into ripped wet bag double cheeseburgers in foil not wrapped properly so again contents spilt out first and last time would buy from them again £58 straight into bin disgusting

Well all i ca say is what a waste of money,food was terrible,ie bacon cheeseburger was over cooked,dry,bacon was also overcooked,milkshake far too sweet,too much syrup added,staff unfriendly with poor customer service skills,not somewhere i would go again nore would i encourage any of my friends and family to do so.

Ripped off when getting it delivered
I eat at Five Guys regularly and just ordered a takeaway via Deliveroo in Norwich and I’m flabbergasted. I’ve been ripped off! The portion of fries I ordered was minuscule! Nothing compared to the size of the fries you can when you eat in. This has happened before when I ordered a takeaway but gave them the benefit of doubt thinking it was a mistake, but looks like this is standard practice. Awful, I want my money back.
UPDATE; I can’t respond to your reply so instead I’m replying here. There wasn’t a full cup of fries let alone the extra scoop. I will reply to Deliveroo but that is a pathetic response from you, the bag was sealed. Five Guys failed here, not the delivery company. I have just raised the issue with Deliveroo who say they can’t offer me a refund. So, back to you. What will you do to resolve the issue with my order?
UPDATE 2: No contact from anyone at Five Guys. They clearly don’t take their customer service seriously.

Customer Service Non Existent
Got 2 chocolate milkshakes which were more like cups of plain cream than chocolate. These were takeaway so drank them on the way home.
I got in touch with their customer support about this and was told that because they saw me take a sip of the drink before leaving on the restaurants CCTV and that it was made by a manager, there couldn’t have been anything wrong with them. I replied asking what about taking the customer at their word and they insisted a manager making the milkshakes meant they would be to standard and tried to use the time between the issue and me complaining as an excuse. I’d been unable to find the receipt and was contacting in the first instance that I had found it again.
Never had a problem with their food before but after this abysmal customer service, I don’t think I will risk any further problems because they don’t want to listen. And by your logic five guys, I work as a senior customer service manager so therefore I must be right…
Avoid this lot folks, stick to McDonalds et al

The good points are,there were lots of fries although I couldn't eat them as they had ordered the spicy ones but they loved them. My burger bun was dry the bacon burnt to a crisp but the burger itself was ok if not as hot as I would have liked. Would I use them again? I'm afraid not.
