How hard is it to put mustard, relish and ketchup on a burger? Every time we order through Deliveroo - there is nothing on it, and the fries are always cold. Better to just do my own on the BBQ.

I don’t usually bother leaving reviews for fast food places, but Five Guys really is a cut above. The burgers taste freshly made every time — you can actually tell the difference compared to the usual chains. Loads of topping choices, perfectly cooked chips, and everything feels properly done rather than thrown together.

Staff are always upbeat and friendly, the place is spotless, and you never wait long even when it’s busy. Yes, it’s a bit pricier than some, but you can taste where the extra few quid goes.

If you want a burger that actually fills you up and tastes amazing, Five Guys is the one. I’d happily go out of my way for it.

Such lovely staff - whoever was behind the till (25/3/25 4pm) deserves a raise!
Chips and milkshakes always 10/10 - don’t care if it’s expensive lol

Burger extremely small for the price. Not worth the money. First they give us the wrong order. When we did get our order i found long black hairs in my burger.

visited the Five Guys at Staines Two Rivers, and I was appalled by the way I was treated by the manager. After using the washroom, the manager angrily confronted me, accusing me of using the facilities without making a purchase. Not only was he extremely rude, but he also started abusing me verbally, which is completely unacceptable behavior, especially from someone in a managerial position.

Very disappointed as I just used the washroom and the manager started yelling at me that you are not allowed to use the washroom without purchasing 😞, and treated me disrespectfully in front of everyone and I was just so concerned that whats wrong I have done and who gave the right to him as he can treat a human being like a shi**

As I have visited five guys two rivers staines today and used the washroom without buying anything and when i came back the manager treated me like an animal and started yelling at me that you are not allowed to use the washroom I have been working here for so many years and it is not tolratedbwhy you used tge washroom get out of the store thats what his reaction was and I felt so embarassed as i wasnt expecting something like that and everybody was looking at me i felt dusrespected and left

I have just had my first ever 5 guys - service and food was amazing!
Ordered bacon cheeseburger, and the staff kept me informed of the wait time, and even offered me a free drink on the house while I wait, which was not needed as the wait wasn't that long at all! They were just making a fresh batch of fries. Really friendly, it was the two men working at 12:30pm 27th december 23 in Staines two rivers. I will be back dining again because it was such a great experience, thank you to the team!

Tasteless overpriced cheeseburger for £17. The ban was doughy, the 2 patties were super thin oily and tasteless, the lettuce might have been put straight on the hot meat which gave it a taste like a cooked salad! The chips were a bit burned and super salty.
You can certainly get a better burger in the other chains for half the price.
Also, the music was very very loud.
I wouldn’t recommend it.
