My grand daughter's ghd straighteners developed a fault.I contacted this company tuesday and placed an order for a repair. I shipped the straighteners wednesday and they were returned saturday, fully repaired and cleaned. My grand daughter is over the moon. Excellent company.Will recommend to anyone.

Just received my second pair of ghd's back from being repaired. The service is excellent, sent the first pair in after the flex had snapped near to straighteners and went bang. I sent to this service and got them back fully fixed within the week. So I sent the second pair which had been sitting in their box for over a year, I didn't know what to do with them but didn't want to throw them out, so glad I found this man, he fixed them and the were returned this week. Fabulous service, so grateful, thank you !

Absolutely over the moon with this company.
A very old set of GHDs repaired and returned within a week and they are working brilliantly.
I checked before I sent that my model was ok to repair and I now have them back in perfect working order.
This has saved me an awful lot of money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others

Excellent service, my GHDs stopped working shortly after a repair, I contacted Robert and he organised a refund of the postage costs to myself to return my straighteners so the problem could be rectified. Everything was dealt with quickly and with great communication. I would highly recommend this company.

Had one plate not heating up, red light and beeping. Took a week and I got them back working perfectly. Cheaper than a new set!!

Incredible service. Sent my GHDs to be repaired then received a phone call to say they were fakes! I was stunned! I had no idea. I was then offered either a full refund or a reconditioned pair in lieu of a refund. I accepted the reconditioned pair which arrived within a couple of days - and on the run up to Christmas. Also was told how to recognise genuine GHDs.
Cannot recommend highly enough. Fantastic customer service, which certainly makes a change these days.

Sending my tools to Fix GHDs was easier than I expected. The repair was handled quickly, and everything came back working like new. It's a great service if you want to extend the life of your styling tools instead of replacing them.

My Ghd straighteners stopped working and of course I couldn’t find the original packaging! Found this site online and sent them off and my Ghd’s returned approx 5 days later fully repaired … highly recommend… thank you !

This is an incredibly easy and reliable service! You simply pay one reasonable price and send your GHDs off. They fixed my straighteners and I had them back within a few days. They now work perfectly—I even think they're better than before! I would highly recommend this service.

I was very apprehensive about just sending my GHDs via post and the fee seemed too good to be true. I text a couple of times to check the status and communication was great. Sent Monday and received Saturday, all working better than ever and cleaned up.
