My order was shipped very fast and very well packaged. The problem is they substituted the item part number which is not the same as what I ordered. Their website however showed the correct item and part number. It would have been good if they had let me know of the part number change so I could decide if the part would work or not.

Not great.
Had been looking for a particular MB item and found it here. Success! Not the cheapest and the price quoted online and on screen wasn't the price I ended up paying. However product arrived as advertised although shipping was a little slow.
UPDATE: Having installed this item, it's performance isn't that great. Radio reception is poor compared to the original whiplash aeriel. Dispappointing.

Can’t fault this company. I was a little worried about how long it would take from Latvia to UK but I needn’t have been, it took 3 business days to get to me which was quicker than the other part I ordered from London!! They responded to my initial query very quickly and the part was genuine and very reasonably priced. The email updates and tracking were spot on too. It was the only company I could find in the world that had the part I needed for my particular Mercedes and I can’t tell you how grateful I am that they are around 😁 Thank you so much Fixparts

Got what I ordered.
Package was very well protected against the elements (well packed box tightly wrapped in plastic), and products arrived in perfect shape and what I expected.
Only issue, that I didn't downgrade them on, was the delay by the shipper between when it arrived in the USA and when it was delivered (over a week).
