Great Customer Service
I am a customer of FIYAH Jewellery and am quite happy with their Customer Service Department. I have never had a company get back to me so quickly regarding orders that I have placed. Not only that, I live in the United States so they're taking the time and effort to communicate from a great distance away.

Loved these beautiful rings
Loved these beautiful rings. I have 4 (2 for my children and 2 for our grandchildren).
Lost in the mail, customer service was so speedy and polite and replaced them within days.

Amazing Service…
I cannot praise the customer service for this company high enough. I sent an email on a Sunday evening enquiring if they did repairs. First thing Monday morning I was contacted by email by Emily offering to replace the items, one of the items was no longer in stock and so I was asked to choose a replacement. I advised by email on Monday evening and the items were delivered on the following Wednesday. There was also a white feather thoughtfully popped into the package. I have told everyone I know how amazing the customer service is and I will most certainly head to Fiyah for any jewellery I buy in future. Top class service, communication, thoughfullness and the jewellery is amazing. Thank you Fiyah.

Pretty Feather Ring
The silver feather ring is so pretty. Bought it for my niece as a Christmas present, it's a lovely sentimental present but something you can wear at anytime. I've added my own little white feather in the box, I've placed through the centre of the ring, really sets it off. Definitley worth the money.

I don’t believe that I need to add any constructive criticism. My only suggestion, and it’s minor, is to have a box that the beautiful verse would fit in. It arrived very quickly and is quite beautiful! My granddaughter loved it and put it on immediately.
